The person responsible for returns was not available. I had to leave the truck with a store clerk. She attempted to call the responsible person but was unsuccessful.

Not charge someone 238.62 to rent a 15ft U-Haul for 5 hours and then tell them 3 to 5 days for deposit to be returned when I paid cash for it that is what definitely made my decision up I will never rent a U-Haul again
Billy MI was pulled over THREE times due to a tag light that was nonfunctional. They LIED on my account. The car hauler wasn’t big enough for my vehicle so I returned it, the “clerk” informed me he could NOT refund my deposit nor the cost of the trailer that I would have to “deal with Uhaul directly” then had the audacity to LIE AND SAY I LEFT BEFORE HE COULD REFUND ANYTHING. The website was down the day I picked up my Uhaul and they had me fill out a paper contract. I placed ALL my information on said contract and still have my “green” copy, YET THEY INPUTED incorrect address and email address I believe so that I was unable to see the fuckery that was going on. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN AND DAMN SURE WILL DISCOURAGE ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHO NEED A MOVING TRUCK NOT TO USE UHAUL.
laura rGas tank leak. Quality food mart location clerk was informed of gas tank leak upon drop off. He was notified of the gas tank leaking when I mentioned I was unable to refuel during time of drop off. Super unhelpful as if he acknowledged the mechanical issue as if he knew this was an ongoing problem. I explained to him several times in detail that I was unable to refuel prior to dropout because during the attempt the tank was spewing gasoline at the pump. He then replied and asked if I topped off the gas tank. He apparently could not comprehend what I was explaining perhaps due to language barrier on his end. Nevertheless I was charged a penalty for not refueling gas tank leak upon rental drop off.

Skyler OIt was OK. The app is very time consuming, and this location is sketchy. I felt very unsafe, especially since I had my billfold and CC and DL out so long. You guys need to get a better process!!
Raymond IThis place was in a very shady area. I was told I was good to go but ended up with a charge to my card for fuel even though it was dropped off with more fuel than it had on pick up. I had to go back and argue with someone who didn't know how to read the gauge. Will not be doing this again

Pat tIt was a very run down convenience store in a bad part of town. The only clerk did not know how to use the i pad to do the rental. The screen was cracked and the battery was at 10%. He had to get the support guy on the phone to help. The trailer was in the back of the store on grass. Myself and a customer had to help him push it out to get it onto the truck. When I went to push a homeless guy jumped out of it. He had been sleeping there. Never seen a worse U Haul place in my life. Someone had spilled a sugar soft drink all over the inside of the truck which had not been cleaned. I had to clean it myself when we got it to the house.

Robert CJakir was patient, kind, and helpful with the rental paperwork. The supplies I ordered for my move were available. He provided me with a phone number, should I have any issues with the truck. I would recommend him and his location for pickup. Thank you. Additionally, I would recommend Katie from dispatch who assisted me with locating a truck in another town, when one was not available from the location/town I was moving. Excellent!
