CATHI BThe person who checked me in was great and very professional/knowledgeable. I would not recommend this location, but understand there is probably a reason that it is in place.
Pat tIt was a very run down convenience store in a bad part of town. The only clerk did not know how to use the i pad to do the rental. The screen was cracked and the battery was at 10%. He had to get the support guy on the phone to help. The trailer was in the back of the store on grass. Myself and a customer had to help him push it out to get it onto the truck. When I went to push a homeless guy jumped out of it. He had been sleeping there. Never seen a worse U Haul place in my life. Someone had spilled a sugar soft drink all over the inside of the truck which had not been cleaned. I had to clean it myself when we got it to the house.
