We were told to bring it back above the 1/4 tick . I pointed this out to him and he rudely stated that wasnt right. Then charged 25$ extra on top of everything else’s. If he would have taken the time to explain and also take the time to see our side I wouldn’t have had such a bad experience

BARBARA RWe were early to pick up, which clearly threw them for a loop. Our car dolly had a brakelight/blinker that was not working. I was given no instructions other than "don't back up" I was not told I would be getting follow up texts about confirming the license plate number of condition of the equipment.
SARAH GI was lied to about the price of a one way rental, when I arrived at the pick up location the price quadrupled, they made the mistake, I did not have time to check rates at other moving companies, forced to pay the high price and take possession of the truck due to time crunch, the manager of the uhaul district won't return my calls for the complaint, I will never use uhaul again
KORY RWorst customer service ever. Was charged for a dolly that wasn't on the truck. Couldn't get ahold of the shop worker after they told us the keys were in a box. Tried to get us to come in earlier than we planned because they had to go to the parts store. So frustrating.

ANDREA LInsurance added on to my invoice despite declining. Not appreciated. Location closed at 3:00 p.m. when I returned the equipment so no way to address. Uhaul app forces me to pay unapproved charge to complete return of the equipment. Not impressed.

DAVID WThe truck wasn't in the same location as the photo that was provided so it took us a second to track it down, but that was a pretty minor inconvenience. Truck was in great shape, clean, and overall the pickup/drop-off process was very seamless. Overall it was a great experience!
COLLIND BEverything was great but one…..I was never quoted a price nor given a contract nor even know today how much the rental cost me for the time I used it. I wonder if there will be an arbitrary amount charged. I just rolled with the guy and once I find out how much my AX card gets charged I’ll call around and see how I was treated.
BRYANT HJason was excellent. He is very accommodating. The issue is with the truck though. Its very shacky and not stable. Wheel keeps steering left and right while driving.

WANDER CA few broken items in the cab. It would be better if the gas tank was full when you pick it up. Renting was very easy and the employees were very nice.
John JYou can have the moving supplies I ordered online at the location when I pick up the truck. You can hire more customer service personnel so i don't have to stand and listen for 10 minutes the company meeting between the boss (Tom) and his employees about the days schedule. They should be having that meeting before they open and not in front of customers waiting to get their moving truck that should have been appropriately equipped.

MICHAEL ALocation was great, cleanliness great. Rented vehicle not available due to previous customer not returning it but appreciated accommodations made by manager to get me something to use. App was very hard to use to the point of nonfunctional for both checkout and return.
ROSS DI dropped it off at 1026, attendant said he'd take care of it. They checked it in after 3 pm (was due at 12) and so I was charged extra day and gas and had photos of both showing I was correct. Truck was fine

SHAUN BThey’re not very organized, and the location is understaffed. I was originally told that I could load the truck first and then pick up the trailer later, only to get a call mid-loading saying I needed to pick it up asap. When I came to get it, the trailer was gone because it had been sent out for an emergency aid. We didn’t learn that reason until hours later though, when we got sent to another U-Haul location to get a replacement trailer, because it didn’t show up for the guy running the shop or something. We eventually got the equipment we needed (minus a lock because for some reason this location wasn’t putting locks on the trucks?), but it was a major hassle to get there. And all of this was happening with one guy running the shop and trying to handle other customers there for muffler and brake issues at the same time. Insane.
Michael DFast check-out/in. This move was emotional, as we were moving our father out of a mountain house he had built to go into assisted living. Timing was critical, due to origin a home selling pressure and uprooting him quickly. All the staff at the Draper location were knowledgeable, friendly and offered great equipment and a newer, beautiful moving van for our three-day trek. Mike Anderson

My grandson was devastated and worried all night long.The next morning an employee from this location called immediately to let me know he found the switch in the returned truck. I appreciate his honesty and prompt action. It’s so nice to work with businesses like this who are honest and friendly.
Rosalee HI turned my trailer in at 5:58 pm last Friday, which was the end of the fourth day. I asked the manager if there was anything to sign and he said “No, just park it over against the wall.” Later that evening, I called U-Haul to make sure someone acknowledged that I had returned the trailer in a timely fashion. The receptionist was very nice and told me she would make a note that would be seen by the manager in the morning. On Monday, I received a receipt indicating I had returned the trailer that morning at 11:00 and was thereby charged for an additional two days. I called the 800 number again and the receptionist saw the note that was made on Friday and promptly reimbursed me for the additional charges. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the drop off location.
