Truck was dirty inside the cabin with food and beverage stains in the center console. Outside could use a wash. They marked on the paperwork that the tank was half full, when in reality it was only 3/8 full. I noticed after I drove off, and didn’t want to confront them on it.

The inside glass was completely filthy but came clean once I got a cloth and water and wiped it down. Josh, who got me my rental was delightful. The location was very hard to get into though, very tight parking and entry.

This is a tiny lot with no room to park vehicles with trailers. It is not a uhaul business but a hobby or side business. No one even looked at the trailer and they couldn't even see it from the office.

I had to go thirty miles out of my way to get the truck and than I was charged for the mileage to pick it up! I'm super upset I got charged for something that was My my fault!! I should not have to pay for someone else issue!!!

They told us we had to drive an extra 30 miles to drop off the truck rather than dropping it off at the nearby locations, and then charged us for going over on miles. And this was all after telling us the day before that we couldn't get the truck until the late afternoon even though it had said the truck rental was confirmed for 9am. And they topped it off by saying we had to drive 45 minutes to pick up the truck because they didn't have one anymore at the location we reserved one at. Had we known this was the case, we never would've chosen the uhaul truck. Penske or something else.

After reserving and confirming a one way 10 foot truck, location required a 24 foot truck in order to get a one way rental. Had to drive an hour extra to return to original location.

I went to rent my truck at 3:00 approx. and would not be able to get to the location where there actually was a truck to rent until 4:00. However, they made my contract for 6 hours starting at noon. When picking up the truck, I explained that I would not be able to get it back until after six because we were moving a piano. The man at the location was not helpful at all, and told me that I would have to have it back by 6:00. As I had predicted we were not able to get it back until about 8:00. There was a key drop-off and we completed all of the necessary procedures, but we're charged for an extra day. I was quite frustrated with the whole situation and do not understand why we were unable to get the truck for the full six hours paid for, then charged extra. If possible, I would like a refund for the second day charge tacked on at the end. Thank you.

Horrible customer service from start to finish. Let clients pick up at the place they ordered instead of 25 miles away. Do not give clients poor equipment with worn out tires that are going to blow. Do not overcharge more than 100 dollars than quote. Do not loss the return records and keep calling and threatening clients for weeks after equipment is returned! Your whole system is broken and was a horrible experience all the times we used it. Horrible! Horrible! Apathetic and dishonest customer service at every level!'n

This place are packed with cars to be fixed and U haul cars that I had to park my car to next parking lot. Even thiugh truck I rented are clean and new, whole process at the shop was not pleasant. He threw my credit card back to me and when I returned a truck, I waited over 10 minutes and being told he will be back later and drop the key to drop box. They even charge 51 miles instead of 50 which I recorded in odometer. I would not recommend this place.

We were the 1st there at 9:00 a.m. He was 15 minutes late. He first helped an auto repair customer who had come in after us. We did not leave with the truck until 9:30. Place was crowded with cars and had to squeeze by them to get to the door.

Issue with reservation. Picked truck up at one location and dolly another location. I was told by the reservation I would not be charged for the dolly since it was a package deal. Showed up and had to pay for rental. Then at drop off was informed lights were not working properly on dolly.

JOSH was very helpful quick and efficient. He got me checked out and on my way in a wonderful manner. On the other side - your online reservation system sucks rocks. I was able to make my reservation fine, and it said "someone from uhaul will call you" They never did. I had to call Uhaul twice to find out what the hell. ANd THEN Nobody ever told me my reservation had been moved to a different place. LUCKILY I did call Uhaul and somebody told me the address for pickup had been moved. Glad I called! WHy didn't you notify me, and even why did you move my reservation?

The rental required a credit card to start. When we returned the truck, we paid cash because they wouldn't take a check. I still have the total amount leaning against my checking account. Why is that?

I wanted to pick up the 10 foot truck at a closer location to my home so I could walk--however the location I requested evidently didn't have the truck---not sure how you decide which location to let me pick up at.

The big thing i had wrong with this all was I didn't pick up and drop off where I scheduled on the website for U-Haul, I scheduled to pick up and drop off at a location that was 3 miles away from me, and searching U-Haul on maps there was a U-Haul 1 mile away from my location so even closer but I was told to pick up and drop off at a location that was 20 miles away from me, there for I had to pay more for there convenience. I went to pick up the truck anyways cause there was no other way and they wouldn't work with me and I couldnt cancel with out having to pay them a fee for making a reservation that wasn't even close to where I was suposto pick up, so i asked them if i could drop off at a closer locarion to me and They said if I was to drop it off at a location other then where I picked up that they would have to pay for there own gass to go and pick it up and bring it back them self, and you know what that didn't sound like a bad idea to me cause I payed more then I wanted to for the whole thing. So all in all the truck was great got the job done but when it came to working with the location and with the website AND with the 1-800-gouhaul service's they where poor and and not realy helpful unless you think being told to call back and forth on a goose chase where there was no goose in the end was helpful then it was great, very helpful. but if you don't think that is very helpful then you get my point. ADVICE FOR CUSTOMERS, If your going to make a reservation to rent a U-Haul do not do it on line, you will get cheated on what you think you want to do or what your getting. Eather call or go in if there is one close to you, I would just go in. The web site for reservations is inaccurate and if you think you'll get it where you want it, it may not work out that way, then if you don't want it and would like to cancel the reservation you will have to pay a fee for there mistake of telling you where you can pick up, again it may not work they way you want. I give 1 stars for the moving van and 1 for the good job I did.

I had made it very clear that I had wanted to pick up the truck as early as possible. I was told it would not be available until 330 pm. I called back twice and restated that if I could get it earlier I'd like to. When I got t at 330, the worker informed me it had been there all day and I could've come much earlier.

This ended up being twice as expensive as I expected. I only had the van for one day. I only drove it to and from the event. I am a caterer and need a larger vehicle from time to time. I will look elsewhere in the future.

Acknowledge when a U-haul customer arrives as opposed to completely ignoring me and being much more concerned with the muffler shop as opposed to the U-haul customer. I have rented her once before and had the same experience and will never recommend this location nor rent from this location again.

I called u haul for another location to drop off the trailer because the assigned drop off location Ogden was 1 1/2 hours away so I was given this location. When we got there we were told since we were 3 days late we have to pay $250.00. I told them no my contract says$20.00 each extra days & they were claiming since we late returning it it was reported stollen. I tried to explain that I did call & was given their location how else would I have found their place. Still on the phone, the guy who said he was the owner turned away from me & turned to my granddaughter &, said I will talk to her. She understands better. Excuse me! I'm an American Citizen. I speak &, understand English perfectly. I've been in this country since 1969. I am a retired Pharmacist. I was offended. Then he tells us we can go my contract will be place in the pending file & had me sign the paper for turning in the trailer. As shown on my bank statement, apparently as soon as we left he charged my account $362.22. without my authorization which I disputed at the bank & told them according to my contract they were only entitled $60.00 for the 3 days. I rest my case. Never again will I deal with u haul.

My experience was good. Im a first time renter. I would have liked the truck to be a little cleaner in the cabin, and there was a funny smell. An air freshener would have been a nice touch. Over all though I would rent again because of how quick, easy, and friendly the service was.

The gentleman was with another customer so was very impatient with us when we walked in. He asked if we filled the tank and I said yes, then he said just throw the keys on the desk and walked out. I actually would have waited but he never asked or gave us a chance to respond. Wonder if there had been a problem?

passenger door open light was on. two rock chips on the windshield before we drove it. we were quoted 69cent/mile on line and were charged 79. why? in fact, on line total for 2 days was $103, one day was $97...why?
