I told them I needed the uhaul for a move from bountiful to Payson Utah. The set my pick up locations I'm Draper Utah and then drop off in Provo Utah. They gave me a set amount of miles that probably would have been good for a straight shot from bountiful to Payson but didn't add up enough Miles for the pick up and drop of distances. They then charged me 100 plus more dollars for the extra miles driven. So scammyErik W.

They were very nice. I will rent at this location again. Im 6 ft tall with long legs. It was very uncomfortable whenever I was braking. Please let Ford know to give a few more inches please. My husband is 6 6 and there's no way he could drive that van. He couldn't fit. Just sayin.Shana D.

Talk about horrible customer service. I was there over 20 minutes waiting for someone to even show up. Then a guy comes out of the back and says he is just the mechanic and can't help me. He was in back the whole time. Two other customers came and left mad without getting their stuff. When the actual desk guy came back, he offered no apology or explanation, was surly while helping me. The only nice thing is that he helped me get a new electrical wire for the trailer. The rest of the experience was horrible. I never want to go back there.Mark L.

The location was great but the experience picking up the vehicle was 0/5 stars. Took so long to verify my ID to pick up the vehicle. The customer service rep was nice but kept asking for a pic of my ID which was provided. I kept sending the same picture over and over until it got approved.Sage S.

As requested by signs, I waited in the truck to return it. After 5 minutes nobody showed up, so I went inside. I have better things to do than sit and wait. Once inside they simply took the keys and gave no receipt - perhaps this is the norm.Brian G.

When we picked the truck up the inside of the truck had dog hair and scuffs in the cab. The check engine light was on for the whole time we were traveling. The oil was dirty in the truck and could use a oil change.sarah L.
The process was extremely slow, even though I did the â€œcheck-inâ€ early. It took a long time to get â€œverifiedâ€- I was under the impression that I was already cleared/qualified to rent the truck. My return time was also wrong, and I had to call Quality muffler twice to change it to the correct time. Aside from those inconveniences, the return process was easy and fairly quick.Addison M.
customer service or getting a hold of someone to help is extremely unsatisfactory. moving is stressful i do not have time to sit on hold for over 40 min and still have not spoke to a rep. just for this i will not use uhaul again and i was double charged which is another issueCori N.
The vehicle and the place itself was not too bad. The self check in process was terrible. It`s allowed to start the process only when you are at the place. And they asked me more documents than my drivers license, so I needed to leave the place to back my home to get my passport to take the pictures. The process took 45 minutes.Andre F.

The location itself was awesome, but the customer care was a mess. Both locations I went to had to spend time fixing things that customer care said that they had already taken care of. The people at each location were helpful and kind, but customer service assured me 2 different issues would be fixed multiple times and when I dropped it off I got charged for both problems and had to call CS AGAIN.Joshua F.

Site was average pickup/drop off. Employee was very friendly and helpful. (this was not a dedicated Uhaul business). However, as I found out on the road, the trailer was not well maintained. Shortly after getting on the road the passenger side brake/signal lights quit working. And then about half way through my journey, the passenger side rear tire blew out. Set on side of highway for a few hours waiting for tire to be fixed. Business who rent Uhauls as a side business need to better inspect / maintain the equipment they are renting and notify Uhaul or fix the equipment before it is rented to the next customers, When I turned in the trailer at the Uhaul shop in Garden City, ID, they inspected the trailer and found several items that needed fixing including another tire and a bad electrical wire. The employee's comment was that "this trailer had not been shown any love"Gregory B.

Clean the interior. pop spilled and dried. Fill the tank to full. It was inconvenient to have to stop and get gas. they should have check the wipers. they were horrible and we did not find out how bad until we were in a wind rain storm which was dangerous and caused a lot of stress.
