We had to wait over an hour to try to get the lock off the truck to get the ignition key. Your web site was down and we couldn't get in to complete the pictures information to unlock the back of the truck. It took over an hour for us to get the code for the lock. Our helpers which we had to pay $400 had to keep changing our time then we had to.wait on them while they loaded another trick. It was a horrible experience. The app was frustrating and did not work at all. We spent over an hour trying to check the truck back in. Pictures and other forms were taken multiple times and not recognized. Also, instructions were not complete. There was no "Air Ride" even though it was a newer truck. It hit every bump and rode like a box car. I need to see my chiropractor.LINDA B.

We were running a little late and ended up arriving at the beginning of their lunch break. This was not communicated to us beforehand, and upon calling the company, the call was through an answering service that also did not have the lunch hour time written down and was not aware they would not be in their office. We had to wait almost an hour before we could pick it up. Once it was open we had a good experience with the process.James K.

There was no drop box available. After speaking to 3 different customer service people and waiting on extended hold times, turns out the business is probably no longer a U-Haul location, although dispatch still has them active in their system.Angelina M.

This location was the worst experience EVER! The young lady that works there has the rudest attitude EVER! I physically showed her my chase app and told her I was concerned about being charged twice since it was 20 min apart each transaction, Her response was â€œ It's NOT my problem ! â€œ you need to contact UHAUL. Then I took a picture of the inside of the truck as she inspected and on the bottom of the right hand side was two little papers the size of my palm which I picked up . Then RUDELY she said that's a charge of $25 and pointed to the sticker placed inside of the truck . I said ok no problem but you didn't have to say it so Rudely. The money isn't the issues and I'm not ignorant ! I understand rules and policy . But the way she went about it is COMPLETELY RUDE AND OUT OF LINE ! I just wanted to make you guys aware of the HORRIBLE experience I had at this Beaumont CA location and I will not ever go there again . I have also made everyone else aware of this situation and have physical pictures that are time stamp and dated of how ridiculous it was .Janet A.

The sales girl was very nice. Did her job well. If the store stayed open later than 330 p.m. may draw in more business. Also a better drop off system for the key when you return the vehicle. I was apprehensive to leave the key with the adjacent tire store employees. Although they were extremely nice.Helen T.
