The truck was equipped with non traction tires in the rear. I understand why U Haul does this, but in the winter it can make for some issues . In my case it had snowed the day before and made for some tough driving conditions.

I was charged a fuel charge when I actually returned the truck with more gas than was needed. I took a pic of my dash when I dropped the truck and you can clearly see it was higher than needed.

Was quoted a price for a one day rental, returning to same location. When I arrived to pick up my 6x12 trailer, the receptionist attempted to see what the difference in cost was for a one way rental and after checking was unable to go back and leave the original rental agreement as it was originally. Therefore, even though I returned the trailer in less than 24 hours to the same location I picked it up at, I was charged a three day rental(Friday to Monday) and my cost was triple what I was originally quoted. When I called UHaul customer service, they told me they could not do anything about it and I was stuck paying over $100 for a rental that should have been much less. I have rented from Uhaul many times and have never had an issue but this time was a nightmare. Not to mention it took be 40 minutes to complete the pickup process.

Have the truck I rented available. Not the locations fault but Uhauls for not having the truck and then charging me for a full 24 hours but not allowing me to keep it that long.
