We always go to this location. They are awesome and double check everything to make sure you do not over spend for what you need. I highly recommend this location. I also used the U-Haul app and could edit my order at any time.

Jeana RTook 25 minutes from when the customer service rep started helping me to actually getting the trailer hooked up. I hooked up the trailer myself and had to remind the rep that they need to photograph the hookup. Wasted a bunch of time when this normally takes 10 minutes max.
