The represent didn't assist me on how to engage the trailer to my vehicle and gave any further instruction, the trailer was not clean at all and the equipment need some maintenance.
Ariel GThis pickup location was fine. My only complaint is that it was ~25 miles from my original location and my original location was changed at the last minute and without any notification. So I effectively lost an hour out of my move schedule without notice. It is unclear to me why your online reservation process allows me to reserve a trailer and one location and then changes it.

Kenneth HI requested a pick up in Auburn AL, and received an email confirmation for that location. However on day of pick up I decided to call to confirm and I was notified of the new location which was 30 min. away
MARILUZ HNo one was there at the pickup time. Fortunately the mechanics who had nothing to do with Uhaul had the Uhaul reps cell number. I contacted the Uhaul rep who couldn’t be there and he contacted the field manager. The field manager quickly contacted me and resolved the issue. I will always have faith in Uhaul, but will be picky about the pickup location in the future.

Ron MThe pick up point changed at the last minute. Our van was not available at the original location and we had to drive 20 miles out of our way to pick up a truck at the last minute. This was very inconvenient and the new pickup location didn’t even know we were coming. The door on the driver’s side of the truck didn’t fit and whistled for 1300 miles. The truck leaked rain and boxes got wet. The truck was also bigger than what we ordered and cost more in fuel.
William CThe driving uhaul was wet inside upon pick up. I think they overlooked it and some of my stuff got wet.

robert wWe had reserved 24 moving pads, the location only had 22. This was okay for us as we had ordered more than we thought we would need. The person at the location, advised U-haul that we were only given 22 instead of 24 for us. They were very professional and focused on customer service.
William OGreat experience, the Area Field Manager was a great help, he has a wonderful personality and really made the rental process a breeze. I forgot his name but wit his help we were in and out quickly.......kudos to him, we will most definitely use u haul again and hopefully we'll get to meet him again.
