Quick and easy and helpful.
PHILLIP AThough the equipment was clean the power steering pump was blowing out fluid. I spent over $50 keeping fluid in it. Second, the car dolly’s tail light popped out of its place due to the plastic holes being cracked.

DELORIE PDidn't really interact with anyone. The app. directs you to a drop box to place your keys in and you take multiple pictures of the vehicle and upload them.

JOHN PI've rented a U-Haul from here many times and they are always responsive and quick. It's easy to pick up and return, even after hours.
AMY LMy truck had a check tire light on at the beginning. I stopped to put air in the tires and yes they were low. Then it gave me a message to service the tire air check system

Michael BIt was more the grumpy old man that was a larger part of the issue. He acted like the whole thing was a huge inconvenience to him and I was just wasting his time. He tried to blame my vehicle for the light issue with the trailer saying there were no lights at all because of my connection. In reality it connected fine but the drivers tail light was burnt out on the trailer. The other issue is the pins holding the tailgate of the trailer. One was missing completely and the other was held on by twist ties. The kind you find on bread or with cheap trash bags. Then when returning during business hours they don't even help you remove the trailer. You have to put it back on your own and prop it up on their tripods and one random wooden block and figure that out with no explanation. The worst part of the return was where they wanted the trailer returned to. It was in an impossible spot due to their parking set up and the over flow of vehicles they had taking up all the spaces there was no way to back the trailer in. I had to just park in the middle of the drive get out disconnect the trailer and lift it up by hand myself and push it all the way to its designated location. Overall it was the poor customer service from the workers and the lack of convenience from the location for the bad review. The trailer itself was ok not great but clear lack of maintenance and care from the staff is the reason for that too.

Joseph RIt seemed that the software system that was given to them was not adequate and did not work properly, shutting off often and prolonging the check in process significantly. Very nice people, but they might shy away from continuing to be a partner if the software continues to be faulty. I was the only one there that morning but on busy days it seems to be a huge hassle.

DAVID PIf you rent it for 24 hours please don't call prior to it being returned before the 24 hours is up, asking when it will be returned. Also when first renting it would be the same thing,yes we know we have it for 24 hours,if I rent it from 3p-3p I have till 3pm to return it.
