They tried to pass off a messed up truck with a severely messed up alignment that made the front right tire bald and it had damage to the top right of the van. Understand why he did it. Did not want to send a good truck one way. But he knew what he was passing the buck. However, he made it right and gave me. Good van after I had to come back after taking with corporate who said I should just get another van from them

This was complete bullshit. I was told this was mobile pickup only and that no one would be able to assist me from another site and customer service. I had no mobile option to pickup the vehicle AT ALL on the website while viewing my reservation. I spent 45 minutes in the parking lot nexts to the vehicle. The “Live chat” person Olivia just straight up ended the chat and said she couldnt confirm my pickup after no indication that she actually was trying to help in the first place. Finally went up to the guy at the gas station and he said that he could have checked us in all along. Could t drop off for 30 minutes because I still had no option for drop off on the website and no one was in the gas station anymore. Fix your fucking company operations for FUCK SAKE. This is the third time I've had a major issue while trying to use just rent a fucking uhaul. Get your fucking shit together. It's 2022 for fuck sake why is it so fucking hard to have some consistency or efficiency??? Customer service line people were helpful to the extent they could be and kind, also the guy at the gas station. But again, for fuck sake - fix your fucking business operations, you inconsistent fuck of a bullshit company. Have a great day.

The truck was not clean inside or outside. I took the truck with less than 1/4 gas and delivered with full tank. I did not receive any discount. Besides this truck has a metal bar reducing the size of the trunk.

I had issues with the app --- trying to do digital pick-up and drop-off but the app/website failed to recognize my location. I made sure my settings were correct, etc. but still didn't help. If there was an option to just type in my location, that would have helped a lot. Anyways, I assume it should be an easy fix and wanted you guys to be aware. Thanks, Justin

There was a 45 minute delay as a result of the uhaul website not working properly. I reserved days in advance and did the online check in to save time. It was very frustrating for the business owner who also was managing pumping gas, payments and cash register. He had to cancel my reservation & put me in as a walk-in. Once he did that, everything seemed to work properly. I drove away with my cargo van an hour after I'd arrived.

The pick up was very tedious, I had to go to the app and answer about a 100 questions even that I called before and the guy on the phone told me that it was "all set", the waiting time on the phone was also very frustrating, I had to call a few times and everytime I had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes.

The person who checked me out and helped me was great! I was a little nervous to drive the truck because of its size (and the unexpected snow the night before) but his demeanor put me at ease. The truck was very clean and free of snow when I got it. The brakes worked well.

This location is not suitable for a Uhaul spot even though Route 3 is right up the street. There's no parking. You have to park in the restaurant lot behind the gas station and hope your car is still there when you get back.

Blanket bag and hand truck seal were broken upon rental Made reservation 96 hours in advance of pick up, but when I arrived I was asked to take a smaller truck because "the system should not have let me make that reservation", so the truck was double booked that day. I was able to use the truck I reserved, but that's not something i need to deal with on top of the stress of moving. Also, it means that another person tried to get that truck and had to settle for something smaller. Ultimately he was friendly and helpful, but the system not functioning as intended created friction. Drop off was great. Friendly staff member took care of the whole thing and was very helpful. Not the first issue I've had with booking trucks and then the system doesn't reserve it.

The reservation was for a 17' truck with no insurance (my credit card covers) and the regional person got involved and said sorry no 17' foot truck 15 miles away or a 15' at this location. This location is next to my storage area and I like the franchise owner so I went with the 15' truck. I was able to fit everything in with one load. Everything is electronic so I never saw the contract until I finished and then I found out I had gotten charged for insurance. The regional guy appears to have created a new reservation with insurance versus taken my existing. The reason I know this is my reservation got logged as a pending transaction on my credit card for $32.xx ($29.95 plus some taxes). So the $14 insurance charge is in dispute.

The person I was returning trailer to did not speak English well. He said to come back Monday for receipt. Made me uneasy. I did call Uhaul after taking pictures that I did return. It was checked in but it was a worry until it was confirmed checked in and a receipt emailed to me.
