I can't say enough good things about my experience renting a U-Haul from Maurice at the gas station. From the moment I walked in, Maurice treated me with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. You can tell right away that he takes pride in what he does and truly cares about his customers. The rental process was smooth and efficient, and Maurice made sure I understood everything clearly before I hit the road. He even gave me a few helpful tips to make the move easier, which I really appreciated. It’s rare these days to come across someone who is not only great at their job, but also goes the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of—and that’s exactly what Maurice did. I've rented U-Hauls before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Maurice is hands-down the best in the business. If you ever need a U-Haul or just want excellent customer service, go see Maurice. He’s a true professional and an all-around great person. I highly recommend him!

CLAUDEMYRE BI booked the truck weeks in advance. Took more than an hour to check in and get equipment. More than half of the requested equipment was not ready or even at the location I was double charged for equipment I didn’t put in my cart. I had to drive 6 additional miles to get the cart I Needed. -Called U-Haul they said they took the charges away for the acceptors- I was still charged. U-Haul offered to refund the truck and go to another location… on my moving day. I was charged extra miles because the U-Haul was in town. The truck mirrors were being held up by folded cardboard stuffed below the joint. When on the highway both mirrors fell down and I couldn’t use them. I had to put gas in the truck on the way home or else I wasn’t getting home. This was an awful experience. The truck items weren’t ready, I started 2 hours late because what I requested wasn’t there, had to make additional stops because the truck wasn’t gassed up- even though I told them how much I was driving, driving the truck was Dangerous because the mirrors were broken. Calling customer service they were trying to end the call as quick as possible, and didn’t implement the solution they offered. Overall an awful experience.

Kathryn HMy reservation was made in Hanover for 9:00 AM. I was notified instead to go to this location in Hingham because it would be more likely to have an available truck. When I showed up at 9:00 AM, there was no truck available for me. Further, I was told that I would hear back by 2:00 to come in for a truck. At 3:05, I called because I hadn't heard anything. I was at that point able to get a truck, over six hours after I had reserved it. I had to change my schedule because of this. My understanding is that if I am to turn in the rented truck late, I would be paying additional charges for doing so. Why wouldn't UHaul reciprocate and do the same when not meeting the original time commitment? I will not be using UHaul again.

RICHMOND RWhen a reservation is made…. learn how to keep it! Was supposed to pick up van in Quincy but there was no van!!! Had to then drive to Hingham to get a van.

Gabriel MAlways a great experience renting at Queen Anne B.P. in Hingham, MA. Trucks are always clean, paperwork is convenient and equipment is often ready to roll upon our arrival. We've been renting trucks on the South Shore for over 30 years for business and personal use and this is by far the best location. Do yourself a favor and make your life easier by calling them the next time you need a truck.

DONALD SDrop off was confusing. I dropped off after several hours on the same day however did not receive any correspondence as to that the truck was returned and mileage confirmation. I also put down extra quarter of gas as curtesy.

Sostened RPersonnel were unhelpful. No signage or easily identifiable markings until your in front of door where there's a small sign on the window. Trailers and trucks on the lot were behind the building and/or blocked by cars parked in front of them making them difficult to see. I drove by and noticed a truck in another lot which is where I pulled in. I could then see more trucks and trailers on the other side of the fence but couldn't figure out how to get there. I called to ask how I get to him and verify his location. He simply said "pull in front". I asked again how to access the lot and he said nothing and then just gave me the address again. Eventually he said it was in a gas station. When I finally got there he made me remove my trailer and push it into a spot by myself while he went inside and sat at his desk. There was no communication on his part through the entire process. When I went in to ask for a receipt at the end, he said "I already emailed a receipt. You can leave" and gave me a shooing motion with his hand. The lot size of this location is too small for a UHaul dealer, it's unmarked, and you do everything yourself all with minimal, cold, and border line rude interaction. This place should not be in business in my opinion. I would never recommend it and will never go back even though its closest to me. I doubt my experience was out of the norm for this place.
James RI was quoted $31 and the charges came to $70. The person was checking out a few customers at a time and did snot review anything with me, or I would have known in advance that there was a charge I didn’t want. I will not get UHaul from this location again.

Melissa TThis location is part of a gas station. Man that helped with return was nice, but he did not give me time to take pictures in my app and took the key and said I was all set. It made me a little uncomfortable that I did not get to take the pictures, but the service was friendly. Most appreciated!
Kayla DI don't think anything needs to be changed, I have rented many times in the past two years to move to and from college dorms and apartments, I also had several moves due to multiple pipes breaks in the town due to the extreme cold over the past two years, and every time I was able to count on Maurice Succar the owner of my nearby dealership to help me. I've rented so much this year we've gotten to know each other well. I've rented everything from large box trucks, small box trucks, pickup trucks and vans and all have been in great running condition as well as being detailed. I'm glad I've actually had chances to recommend Maurice's Uhaul location to a few people, I know he's been around for our town for many years but I'm glad to bring his as much business as I can. He's just a good guy, and when we had all those water main breaks last year, we had hours to move, or we would have lost everything we owned. Since then I've used uhaul trucks to move neices and nephews to college, to clean out my mother's home, and to move in and out of my home multiple times as we cleaned up after several strong storms over the last few years in the Northeast. James CFor a long time, I rented from UHaul's Weymouth location. It was always a slog, with the staff blaming the delays on other staffers. So I decided I would try a small local gas station location equidistant from my house. The local fellow appreciates my business and does his best to get me in and out as efficiently as he can. My most recent experience was just as good as I have come to expect.
