The truck was dirty. It had mud and other things in it. The truck door was not working and no one works on Saturday to help with the problem. It took 45 mins to reach uhaul customer service and it was going to take 90 mins for road side assistance. This was the most horrible experience. I will never rent from this location ever again and would not recommend it to anyone.
CAEZARIA RDrop off location we were given was behind a locked gate. Had to back up to get out and were told to go to a new location which was out of the way and put us over mileage.
Michael BI dropped the U-Haul off after hours. There was no one there to help me which I did not expect there to be. I did not need to go inside. It is convenient that the hours are extended to 11:00 p.m. which would have been helpful but I dropped it off after that time.
