Drop off location we were given was behind a locked gate. Had to back up to get out and were told to go to a new location which was out of the way and put us over mileage.

I dropped the U-Haul off after hours. There was no one there to help me which I did not expect there to be. I did not need to go inside. It is convenient that the hours are extended to 11:00 p.m. which would have been helpful but I dropped it off after that time.
