Laura SHaving the rental agreement paperwork in hand is more professional! The loud recording saying smile your on camera over and over and over was annoying!! The fuel tank being under a quater of a tank of gas is rude for the next customer! Not having a professional office to walk in to, to complete the transaction is unprofessional for a company, doing it out of a pickup truck seriously! Your website would Not let me take the required pictures of the truck outside, inside and milage so I took them myself and saved them to my phone to show the drop-off location.
Melissa WHad problems with the online pick-up but was finally able to get it done. Took about 20 minutes. My biggest issue was we were done early and returned the vehicle to the location at approximately 2:00 p.m. I could not log into the account to do a return or get anything else done. My wife ended up calling a number and Heather was gracious to make note that the return was completed and we could not log in so we were stuck wondering if it was all going to come together. Finally after 6 p.m. when the original estimated return time passed, then I was allowed to log back in but by that time I was 50 miles away from the pick up/return location. Customer should be able to log in at any given time during the rental.

Teddy CRental location is a gravel lot. Annoying security system repeats “Smile you are being recorded”. Tow dolly we rented the left break light/turn signal fell out as we pulled out of lot onto North Oak. Site also has auction automobiles on site. Is this a U-Haul site or an auto repair company???

Alaa Tthe drop off location is just not inviting, sketchy, and there’s a dog that barks at you. I love dogs so I don’t mind but the private parking signs and then the dog that’s connected to a chain, I feel bad for the dog.

Roberta HFIX THE DOOR SEALS. THE WIND NOISE IN THE VEHICLE IS ATROCIOUS. DUE TO THE NOISE LEVEL IN THE CAB DURING HIGHWAY SPEEDS, WE HAD HEADACHES BY THE END OF THE DAY. THE INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE WAS CLEAN. HOWEVER, THE OUTSIDE MADE ME WANT TO PAY FOR A CAR WASH.

Alaa TThe trailers no longer have Jack's on them to lift them up off the hitches. It was very difficult to get the trailer off the hitch and back on with out the jack. If possible please put Jack's back on the trailers as not everyone has the strength to lift them up. It also delayed my trip because of that as I could not load it up until I was absolutely ready to leave as I would not have been able to lift the trailer up to the hitch if it was loaded. Please please put Jack's back on the trailers!

Michael WOur dropoff location shared that we should have done additional tasks when picking up the UHaul vehicle to verify it's condition and previous damage but this and several other things weren't done.
Miranda BThe entire reservation was a mess. The truck they assigned me was not ready. There were two sets of keys in my box. NEITHER was for my truck. I had to call the number on a piece of paper taped to a sign stand to get help and they told me to take the key out of another box they gave me the code for and then take the truck for that key. I was NOT able to complete check in and verify anything because it was different. I could not even get insurance set up for the rental. When I went to return the truck it was asking me about the original truck assigned and NOT the truck I had. It delayed our start and made the entire move a problem worried if we had coverage or not and if we would be able to check the truck in.

Tim JWorse service I have ever had. Staff was rude got the run around on everything. Trucks ac would stop working and they couldn’t provide any help or assistance on that, steering was so lose on the truck, smelled like a pot farm when we picked it up. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I will use someone else and never recommend u haul to anyone.

agustus zThe people that own the smoke shop threatened to tow my car for parking it in the same lot as the Uhauls. I had drive 20 miles out of my way and waste 45 minutes to go get my car. Also it took me 40 minutes to get thru the process of getting the keys to the truck. Horrible experience.

MARK ATruck was not super clean, but was reasonable. Had to clean the inside a bit before a week long drive. Location was ok, but a bit crowded with U-Haul trucks.

Mark AThe app was not user friendly and made pick up very challenging, frustrating, and lengthy. There was not a person on site to assist and did not return my call until after the truck was finally picked up. Upon return, I filled the gas tank to where it was at and still was charged for gas and a gas surcharge! Returning the truck using the app was equally as frustrating as pick up. While trying to get the app to load correctly I ended up locking the keys in the truck while retaking pictures as the app was prompting me to do. This cost me an additional $60 to have a tow truck unlock the truck! If I ever move again, Uhaul will be my last option as this was a costly and frustrating experience.
Christana HVery good experience. I had a problem opening the lock box but lady came up and opened up. I could not open hand latch . She said the weight of lock sometimes prevents the lock from opening. She might say this in the future who tries to open the lock remotely
