Pam BU-Haul is an absolute joke!!! For starters my rental was late in arriving for me and had under a 1/4 tank of gas. After returning my vehicle and doing the math from driving from Missouri to Florida it would have only cost me $3600 dollars to do a local move meaning driving it to Florida and then back to Missouri but since I did a one way rental I was charged $3400. This is horse shit!!! I’ve asked for a manager to call me for more than 2 weeks now and not one has called
