Internet was down and unable to release the rental. Waited nearly an hour for the owner to come and get the rental agreement completed. Gas was not as indicated on the rental form and gas cap was opened which looked as if the gas had been siphoned. Only one person on site so they could not leave the counter it check in the vehicle and could not check the milage or gas on return.

We paid for 1 dozen furniture pads and they didn't give them to us, they were nowhere. They change the location without letting us know.

I would not recommend this location to anyone! When I picked up the truck I arrived 10 minutes early my reservation was not a truck share and the employee did not know how to complete the reservation which caused me to have to call uhaul to complete the reservation. This process took almost an hour due to the employee not knowing what he was doing. When I arrived to return the truck different employee same issue not knowing what to do! This time the employee tried to refuse to take the truck because he didn’t have space to park it after I had already informed him that according to uhaul the truck had to be returned to this location which was the location I picked it up from. I once again called uhaul who had to tell the employee due to scheduling being closed at the time of the call I had to leave the truck with him. It was then and only then that he accepted the truck. Overall my experience was annoying, frustrating and not pleasant to say the least!

Their were so many charges and holds that were unclear. During the initial processing, we should have been given a list of all these charges and fees.

worst uhaul experience I have ever had tried to tell me there was an additional $50 pickup fee I told him no my contact didn't tell me that he let me go without it the equipment had less gas in the paper said more miles in the paper said in the guy was just rude and horrible

Very uninformative. I was not told I was being charged for an additional day. I was also charged for gas that I replaced and fuel gauge was at same level when it was picked up.
