First of all, I was not informed that there would be mileage so that was a shock. When I thought I was renting a truck for 1999+ the fuel I used and my bill is like $96.

Humberto C.No loading equipment (such as hand trucks), does not answer or return phone calls, you have to return the equipment to the original location rather than being able to drop off at another uhaul. This added to my mileage and made this much more expensive than I expected.
Ryan N.The check is was extremely unprofessional. The guy at the pickup location was on his phone the whole time. He was very rude and unfriendly. He did not show to the truck during pickup. He wasn't even gonna tell me where to find the truck till I asked. When I brought the truck back he tried to say I booked it for 30 miles when I never did. I booked it for 15 miles and only used 7 miles. After checking the truck in outside he just walked off. Didn't say thank you have a good day nothing. I will never ever go to this location again. He was also vaping inside the truck during the check in. Extremely unprofessional. I give him 0 stars in customer service.
