I filled the gas tank at the drop off location. I filled it until the pump clicked off. The fuel gauge read F. You then charged me $6.50 for gas. IF we need to engage in additional steps to ensure the necessary amount if fuel is in the tank to avoid additional charges it would be **nice** if you would let us know what steps we should take.

The inside of the truck was clean, but the outside was covered in bugs, lot's of bugs, could barely see through the front windows, the attendant attempted to clean it, however it just made it worse. But atleast he tried..very friendly staff!

I was way over charged for a rental the girl behind the counter didn’t know what she was doing had to call someone to walk her through it then charged me $215 for a $19 rental to go 30 miles for a couple of hours then charged me again when I dropped it off a total rib off

This location is a gas station. Had I known this when my reservation was adjusted by UHaul, I would never have agreed to pick the truck up there. There was only one attendant at the store and she has to check out gas station customers while I was trying to get the truck. The paperwork was incorrect—it included equipment I didn’t request—and yet the one piece of equipment I did ask for was not available, but still included on the bill. I was told to sign the contract and I would be reimbursed later. I said no. I was warned that she was going to have to call her manager. I said that I would wait. 45 minutes later I was provided with a corrected contract. As I was handed my copy of the contract and the keys I was told “The check engine light is on, UHaul knows, just go.” I went to the truck, started it to confirm the light was on and called UHaul to ask what I was supposed to do with the truck. After speaking with both customer service and roadside assistance, I finally got under way—an hour after my reservation time.

There was no one to show functioning of equipment. Once asked for help manager asked whether I know how to drive a car. I am living in US from last 24 years, drive and own 4 cars. When we returned the equipment manager took more than 30 minutes to attend us as he was talking on phone . He continued talking on phone even after assistant staff reminded him that customer is waiting for check out. That is not acceptable in any business. When I told him about wait time, he said we run the business like this. I do not think any business in US will allow this. Manager was very rude during conversation. I will not recommend anyone this location and manager.

This experience was terrible. I couldn’t understand the woman who was working at all. And then I was DRASTICALLY overcharged. My $29.99 +mileage rental turned out to be nearly $100. Very disappointing.

Was just a gas station, lady that helped me was able to check me out, but did not really have any other information about the rental. I did NOT get my utility cart that I rented, no one gave me a refund, they all kept passing the buck and saying everyone else should refund me. I would like to get a refund for that.

The person who went through the purchase process didn't know what he was doing. It took far longer than it should have. I had to come behind the counter and help him with the process. Also had to hook up the trailer myself.

I ordered furniture pads which were not included in the truck. I was able to make it work with blankets but it was unfortunate. I’m thankful you were able to work with me in getting a truck since the location near me didn’t have the right size. However I know pickup was incredibly difficult. Instead of 15 min it took nearly an hour.

It was obvious that the owner was new to UHaul. Took almost an hour for a rental when I had all the paperwork already completed. No furniture pads at the location, had to drive to another location to get them. Inconvenient.

I got double charged by your location. It took 3 hours to do something it should have taken 1. The gate was bent and caused issues. I will not use uhaul again.
