I tried dropping off my UHaul and submitted everything electronically with the gas mileage etc and dropped the keys off last night but it would never go through
BRANDI BIt was my first time using UHAUL cargo trailer 6x12 I was nervous so now I’m loving it give me new experience to get used it I’m carrying from Cullman to Buckhannon West Virginia it drink lot of gas it worthy thank you for the best service

Jarret HAll I picked up from this place was the tow dolly . I shad a contract with them for the truck that was the 26 foot but for some reason they gave it away so I had to travel much farther Eva Alabama to get the truck and when we opened the truck to load it it was full of dirt paper abs glass and I do have pitcures . Then they told me they didn’t have the dolly then we had to go back to Uhal on 157 the same one who gave away my truck. So yes I was mad that we had to travel that far to get a dirty truck with glass fragments this was only in the back of the truck. I did love the cab of the truck and it had crude control this was a true gift I’m not mad just grateful.

Nancy MI was doing fine with Quick Tires until some U-Haul rep from Huntsville, AL got involved in the process. The entire rental transaction was screwed up by her. I’ll look for options other than U-Haul the next time that I need to locally move anything. Very pleased with Quick Tires and very unhappy with U-Haul in general.
GARY SMake sure you don’t give a customer a trailer that is Listed Stolen from another state. I was pulled over by 6 police cars and detained for an hour because the trailer was listed as stolen. How embarrassing it was for me. When I rented for a trailer, I was not told that I had to get a specific trailer, then the helper on the yard had us get the stolen trailer ( yes Quick Tire knew the trailer was listed as stolen). They apologized to me and that was it, They should have had this trailer locked up in a building so nobody could get to it to rent it. VERY DISSATISFIED but poor customer service is normal on a daily basis.
DARYL NWas acknowledged as soon as I walked in. Equipment was checked in and removed from my hitch in a very timely manner. In and out in less than 10 minutes

MICHEAL MEverything was great with the staff. They were friendly and most helpful. The only thing I would change would be that the 6 x 12 trailer I rented would be about a foot taller, I kept heading my head on the door frame.

DARIN BOn Sunday when I rented a 26” truck, it took an hour and a half to figure how to sign in online, then it said that the app wasn’t working so I called customer service, I thought she could have done everything on her end, but she said I would have to do it online. Very Confusing!

ANITA BSaid there was 1/4 tank of fuel on the contract (which is ridiculous anyway) but there was barely 1/8 once I got on the flat road. I had to stop and get gas before I could even use the truck and as per the contract I had to bring it back with 1/4.

CHARLES WOnline check in was a little arduous. Also I had reserved a dolly but did not receive one which made the move much more physically demanding than it needed to be.
Lamar HGetting vehicles rented so quickly, with the great uhaul site & all its offerings & labor at a good/great price, I noticed that it is probably difficult to keep the vehicles as clean as you would probably like to. Otherwise, great experience as always! Thank you!
Brian BDid not receive my dolly and furniture pads I rented. Truck was clean but the tires needed to be realigned on the uhaul the steering wheel shaked anytime you went over 40 miles per hour. This is not the location problem, more of uhaul the change of address process needs to be updated because I was unaware of the change of pick up address until I went to the original address I rented from, because it did not tell me the change of address on my account page, it told me I was at the wrong address when I was starting the online checkin.
Zack SI have used other locations in our area and have been unsatisfied. Quick Tire is so helpful! They made the move so much less stressful.
Andrea HWhen I dropped off the van I put 7/8 of a tank of gas in which I was pretty upset that I couldn't get closer to the 3/4 I started with. I later checked the receipt that was emailed to me. I called right away because they charged me an extra $20.00. I guy I talked to at this location told me he could not do anything for me. He gave me two numbers to call. The first call I talked to a lady and she told me she looked at the photo I took and couldn't make out what the gauge was on. She then sent me to another number. I talked to the guy and sounded as if he wasn't going to help me anyway and even told me there was no photo to look at until I told him that the other lady I talked to saw the photo I took. No one wanted to help me. I used U Haul many times and even just recently. If this matter is not fixed I will never use you guys again and neither will all of my family.
WILLIAM KCheck the oil in the truck before handing me the keys. I had to go buy 3 quarts of oil to put in the truck after I picked it up. Luckily it was a chevrolet and it didnt hurt it None was showing on the dipstick. The lock for the back door didn't lock. Other than these 2 minor issues thus was the easiest rental process I've ever had! Great people!
