I asked to confirm the last service to the surge brakes which they stated they are not allowed to touch the trailer. Surge brakes are added for road safety but no way to certify between rentals.

I wish that my rental hadn't been reassigned to a different location, but this location was good. Just a little out of my way compared to the requested location.

SCOTT CLong story, I had car trouble on my way to turn in the equipment that I had rented. Mr. Kevin Robertson went way above any expectation that I may have had in helping me to get the trailer turned in on time. I can only hope that all U-Haul locations have employees that are as helpful.
RONALD RLocation was great. Pick up and drop off were seamless. No complaints. UHaul's website and equipment availability are always the downside to renting. It is difficult to locate needed equipment, and the website formatting and suggestive selling processes really increase the pain and frustration.
