The female at the counter had no idea what to do. She had to call the manager who told her to call others but they weren’t available and then he told me on speaker twice that he was sleeping. He closed last night. Poor customer service. Missing ordered items. Lock box highly difficult to open. Almost seems rusted. Would never get a uhaul from here again nor even get gas or a drink. Would simply bypass this place. In fact my vehicle needed gas I went down the road to get it as opposed to this location that I was already at. Then called uhaul for assistance. Rude. Just plain rude. And now I get a refund for a missing dolly which it was missing furniture blankets…refund should be more. My suggestion is call another truck company. This was difficult from start to finish and cannot seem to handle instructions or questions or a simple missing equipment refund.

I arrived and truck was available, but appliance dolly, furniture dolly and pads were missing. The clerk said only her boss could fix the issue, but he was sleeping and wouldn't be available until 3pm. I had to go to another location to get the supplies I needed. I was told the extras would be removed from invoice but they were not.
