Folks had no clue how to rent the trailer. Took an hour to find someone to do the paperwork. Had to call uhaul 3 times while there. On return, no one there knew how to turn it it. Called uhaul and was told to leave the trailer and take pictures. Was called 2 weeks later and accused of not turning it in. Was finally resolved yesterday with my turn in email. Terrible experience overall.

I had a confirmation number and a pick up address, went to the address and UHAUL changed the pick up address without notifying me. went to the new location, only a short distance away, went inside and told the staff member I was picking up a trailer, I was directed outside to pick it up-later that day recieved an email from UHAUL asking when I was picking up the trailer. Returned the trailer at the designated time and day and several days later received a call asking when I was returning the trailer. pick up and drop off process is not good.
jeff cThe female at the counter had no idea what to do. She had to call the manager who told her to call others but they weren’t available and then he told me on speaker twice that he was sleeping. He closed last night. Poor customer service. Missing ordered items. Lock box highly difficult to open. Almost seems rusted. Would never get a uhaul from here again nor even get gas or a drink. Would simply bypass this place. In fact my vehicle needed gas I went down the road to get it as opposed to this location that I was already at. Then called uhaul for assistance. Rude. Just plain rude. And now I get a refund for a missing dolly which it was missing furniture blankets…refund should be more. My suggestion is call another truck company. This was difficult from start to finish and cannot seem to handle instructions or questions or a simple missing equipment refund.
Teri BI arrived and truck was available, but appliance dolly, furniture dolly and pads were missing. The clerk said only her boss could fix the issue, but he was sleeping and wouldn't be available until 3pm. I had to go to another location to get the supplies I needed. I was told the extras would be removed from invoice but they were not.
