The staff at Quinn changed their work hours to not be open on Saturday. I dropped of a trailer and no staff was available to provide a receipt. I called the two phone numbers on Saturday and did not receive a call back. This is very poor customer service.

I understand that a derecho went through the area and there was no power or internet or people at the site. I dropped off my trailer a day early and had to go to a Walmart to download the app that only works when you are on site. I messaged the owner of the drop off site as to the location of the trailer. The next day I was charged extra for not being able to use the app as it was intended.

I was set to pick up my truck at 8, but due to a delayed opening at the business, and the lone worker being seemingly unprepared for everybody picking up their UHauls, it took nearly an hour to pick up the trailer I needed.

Didn't have proper truck. The truck wasn't big enough. I went back upfront to worker and he didn't care. His cigarette was more important. I said this won't work and all he said is that's all I have. He blamed Mr Quinn. He knew I wasn't happy. I went back to truck and looked again and when came back he wasn't no where to be found. With covid 19 I couldn't go in and I could see no one inside. I took truck think possibly work. I drove to Muscatine and found couch wouldn't even fit. I can't stack new leather with motors on top of one another. I took truck back and called 1st thing Monday Am and got voicemail. 1/2 hour later get call that was confusion but My account was already charged and Mr Quinn said he would give my info to his regional manager and I heard nothing. I know people our busy but 1 phone call just to say I'm working with Someone would be better then no call at all. I think Mr Quinn as owner could do something right away. He also said this employee hasn't been very good that he would probably need to make a change which does nothing for me. Here it is 8:44 and no call. I know if I had upset guest I would want to do something right away instead of letting anger buildup and going home for day without a call. The feeling I get is I got my money with credit card on file so what do I care. Pass buck isn't in my vocabulary.

Poor customer service. Truck had a flat tire by the time I arrived at my old home. Called the rental company and the response was you must have hit something. I know for a fact I didn't. My wife followed me and was my witness that I never hit anything.

I went to the uhall on Edgewood Road they didn't have any 26 foot trucks available so they call corporate and they called a private company that had one and sent us to get it from their when i got their i went up to the door to try to talk to some one and no one answered so I call corporate back and they sent me to Morion to pick up a truck and trailer I waited because they couldn't find the contact number they finally got that taken care of i told the guy that was putting the trailer on the truck that their was something wrong with the trailer and the dealer said it was fine i get everything packed and on the road and about a half hour away from my destination the trailer started sparking so I pulled over called road side assistance and it took almost 2 hours for the tow truck to get their and then they had trouble getting the trailer on the truck they had to take the wheels off the trailer and on the wheel that was sparking the in side of the wheel bearing fell out it took the tow truck 5 hours to load the trailer and when to tow truck got to me we unloaded the trailer as they didn't have to reload it with all of this happening i asked for a refund because if the trailer had a 360 inspection like it was supposed to it wouldn't have broke down that is why I am asking for a refund on the truck for having to go to several different places to get the truck and trailer telling the dealer that there was something wrong and being blown off because i could have gotten hurt if that weel would have came off and my time i paid a little ove $350 to use this equipment just to make my move to a new place worse than it already was

With Covid-19 and needing to move, I was pleasantly pleased with the agent who worked with me. He was a very nice gentleman and set me up with a rental for the same day. I unexpectedly needed to move 1 week ahead of schedule and with Memorial weekend, I couldn't believe the service I received. Thank you, thank you for choosing this agent to serve the Marion, Iowa area. My move was a success..

It wasn't easy to find a place to park the 26' U-Haul. I called U-Haul customer service and they weren't very helpful. The lady advised that if I couldn't find a place to park then I could take it to another location. If I drive it to another location it's probably would have put me over the allotted miles and what's to guarantee that there would be room at the next location.

With very much understanding of everyone being a situation due to the virus going around. The gentleman who I spoke with to originally do my reservation and ask them questions was very rude and made it very uncomfortable to ask questions or even make the reservation. I quote when I was asking questions " I don't know how many times I have to tell you "is what I was given as a response 2 asking questions about how the pickup would work was their location being closed. I had even then attempted to have someone else call and do reservation for me because I was very offended. Like I said before I'm very understanding to the virus and its impact on everyone and for myself was on a budget so I made a reservation for a 10-foot and was not notified until I was almost to the pickup location that there was not that vehicle available like the gentleman said it would be so then I had to get a larger truck costing much more. The vehicle ran great was very clean. Which of that is great but other things do occur the landfill is closed. So now on top of the extra charge for the larger truck is more time to establish where to put excess. And again could not contact anyone to notify or talk to you about any issues occurring while I had the truck. When it was time to do drop off I could not get mileage and everything to match like it should online and had no response or answer on any phone number I reached out to. The total experience interacting with this location was not appreciated I would refer to this company but not to this location. When I was quoted a price I factored in it maybe extra mileage but at checkout online there was not a $28 fee it was a 14 with mileage and the rental $40 and it came out to 130 Max I would have expected 90 maybe a little bit more that means you too extra mileage

The guy I picked it up from was literally sitting on a stool watching a professional darts tournament on his phone. It had been snowing and I ended up walking to the truck through a muddy gravel parking lot to get it, had to clean the snow off with my bare hands and then wait for the truck to warm up. Then pulled back to the front door and load my moving blankets myself. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It took me 31 minutes to pick up the vehicle. The app wouldn't work. So i had to use the website. Then it asked for a secondary number but did not mention it would call the number then. I added my wife's number. 10 minutes later i ask what's taking so long. The rep said they are calling Alyssa and she won't answer. She was at work. I could've told them that if they would've asked. Terrible experience. Drop off i had to pay for $16 worth of gas then $1.07 per mile! It should be one or the other not both. Ridiculous price gouging!

Truck didnt start Reservations was for 9am didnt leave the location until after 11am. The Appliabce dolly was not at the truck location had to drive across town to get the dolly then was charged for that mileage we literally moved 4.5 blocks and made 2 trips that totalled 6.6 miles.

Have better scanning technology. Agent must follow your DL scanning procedures but 90% of the time they still have to enter the information. This greatly slowed down the process yet not the fault of the agent.
