The U-Haul website is hard to reserve a vehicle. Availability is not clear. Maybe there is a how to I didn’t see but we ended up renting a vehicle for the time duration when there was actually not a vehicle available. It was very frustrating as there are a of plans in place when moving. The team at Quinn did a wonderful job trying to get a truck returned early. Website and process gets one star.

MICHAEL Mthe ordered dolly was not in the truck the business hours are only until 12 noon so here was no one to ask about the missing dolly U-Haul app was not working - had to wait 45 min at night to get a human rep to fix the glitch so that we could get the code for the key
