the ordered dolly was not in the truck the business hours are only until 12 noon so here was no one to ask about the missing dolly U-Haul app was not working - had to wait 45 min at night to get a human rep to fix the glitch so that we could get the code for the key

Truck wasn’t full so told us to return close to that? Sounded like a way to screw us over if they deemed not quite where it was. It was clean
JAMES TMan behind the counter was rude and acted like I was interrupting him when I went in to get my rental. Told me there were no blankets (which I had ordered) on the truck nor were there any Dollie’s… I have tried to use U-Haul on the 10th (NIGHTMARE) as well as the 13th (2nd NIGHTMARE) and will do everything possible to avoid using them EVER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!
