The individual who was working on 1/11/20 was 20 minutes late. Then said the computers were not working, couldn’t give me info on the truck so the kind uhaul customer service individual who was helping me could set me up. I had to go get the mileage and gas myself. The experience was terrible and I would NEVER use or recommend this place again. However, your customer service center was very helpful in getting these issues resolved quickly.

Have attendant hook up the trailer. He was the only employee at the site and was too busy with other customers to assist. I hooked up the wrong trailer and instead of just changing the trailer ID number on my contract, I had to unhook and rehook the correct trailer.

Unprofessional environment. Loud music blaring in the store like i was entering a bar. There was no vehicle inspection before or after the rental. I got only half the pads I paid for. After I turned the truck in the agent called asking for the pads I did not get. The truck was filthy. I have rented from U haul before and not had these issues.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend is because I waited almost an hour to be helped. The man running the place needed help because he was swamped with customers for his mailing/shipping business. Other than that everything was fine.

Get the drop off location (Easton, MD) correct so I don't have to drive to the incorrect location you selected 1/2 hr away (Grasonville, MD) to avoid a "wrong drop off location fee".

Location was fine, but the used the app for self-checkin and it was a total pain. It kept looping, asking me to take license pictures multiple times causing 20 minute delay before I could actually complete the checking.

The drop off location was closed on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. No signage as to where the drop box was located (no indication on the storefront that they even had vehicles for rent). This is a strip mall and the uhaul vehicles were behind the building. Finally found the Dropbox because a neighboring business owner saw me looking in the storefront.

Person opening store was 15 minutes late. I had already been waiting over an hour for a truck. After opening the store, he acted as if he had a hangover. He told me I needed to drop off the truck at a location 45 minutes away from where I live, even though there is a uhaul location within 2 miles of my house.

It would be great if they showed up on time they were 1hour 45 minutes later was on a tight time schedule I reserved the truck earlier in the week for that reason. The Ups truck showed up FedEx 3 other customers who wanted to send packages what a joke for a business

Front desk man was nice but was the only one there and it took 55 mins to get both trucks checked out. Also had multiple people calling to confirm the same reservation, multiple times and there didn't seem to be any communication between all the parties calling. We had several issues with how many days we were actually suppose to get and we were completely on our own in trying to hook up the auto transporters. Took half hour just to figure them out and no one was out there to help.

Day before my pickup my location was changed to a different location which was farther away from the original location. Place opened at 10 my pickup was 11. They only had the one truck and it was returned after hours the night before after being rented for a month. The truck was litterally lived in the whole month. It was dirty and gross. It reeked of cigarette smoke badly and we couldn't drive it without having the windows open for the whole rental. When we got done our clothes smelled of cigarettes and I am hoping we don't get scabies. The truck also had zero fuel in it and had to head right to a gas station so I didn't run out of gas. The person tried to clean it up a little bit but it really needed to be cleaned for a half a day or more. It was the only truck they had and I was on a time schedule due to being from out of state and having to get the move done in the same day. Tried to call the customer service number but waited on hold for more than a hour to complain after the rental. I will try again but am expecting the same results.I don't blame the pickup location due to the situation with the truck. If uhaul transferred me to a different location they should have sent me to one that already had a truck not one that was expected to come in. What if it didn't show up , I would have been out of a truck and been scrambling to find another. I hope that maybe they will make this right but....

The location is great being just off the hwy but it's very difficult to find the actual store since its called quik pack & ship, there's not any large signage that say UHaul and the trucks are not view able from the parking lot in front of the store..they're parked behind the store. This caused a bit of a delay for me when picking the truck up. Now that I know where to find it, all is good. The Young Lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and friendly so I would definitely use this location in the future.

Can't think of anything that would have improved this rental transaction. The young lady (I apologize for not getting her name) who waited on me at the Quik Pack & Ship made the procedure enjoyable and very comfortable. She was very patient, helpful, thorough and highly professional. Definitely an asset to your organization. I would "highly" recommend this location. Also, the truck performed as it should have with no issues.

I had to struggle with receiving the truck with the software dad asked me several times take it and send pictures. I paid for blankets and dolly and the mattress's cover, but none of them was in the truck. The store was closed, I called everywhere, and about an hour I was on the phone, but that night I couldn't move until the next day I went to the store to receive the things. They have poor customer service. The person in f phoenix told me I am in Phoenix I cannot come and bring it for you.

Hard to know which store it was. Located within a shopping plaza and was hard to locate due to it not be prominently displayed as a U-Haul location.

Have clear signage on where to drop off uhaul equipment or place it in the uhaul directions for this location online.

Store opened 15 mins after the sign on the door said it would. 5 people waiting in line by the time it opened. Lady working the desk was apologetic, car broke down. I get it, but I had already been to 4 other uhaul places before this one that had no trucks. Y’all need to figure this out.

The tank was not full, and there was debate over where the gauge should be, upon return. Not certain how to get a tank to 3/8 full, so I estimated 7 Gallons for 74 country miles. If I had received the tank on full, it would have made it easier.

My wife arrived to drop the trailer off just minutes before closing. I appreciate the staff staying a few minutes after close to accept the trailer and assist her unhook it from our vehicle.

Let people know you aren’t reserving a particular truck but that they are given out on a first come first serve basis. The truck and equipment is subject to you being there early.
