The young lady that handled my rental was accurate in her advise on the product, and the manager was great at demonstrating the hookups and safety chains. Excellent experience.
DAVID BEverything went fine until I got my receipt. I declined the mover care insurance of $45. On my initial transaction it wasn’t there but on my final receipt it was tagged on for some reason. So I really don’t appreciate them adding a $45 service to my bill when I declined it in the first place.
