Need to clean windshields. It has never been done on this van. I could still see the suction cup marks from when the factory installed the windshield. I have noticed this on all U-Haul vehicles I have rented in the past. Some get so bad that this could be a safety hazard when the sun hits the right way.

No designated parking for the truck which made it slightly difficult to find somewhere to park, especially if you’re already uncomfortable with driving the truck.

We reserved a uhaul about six days before we needed to move and all was well when we reserved it. We requested it being at a local shop in between are move locations. We scheduled it for 10am-3pm enough time for my boyfriend and I to get it go to my house, our storage unit, and his house in one round trip and then to our new house. Two days before I received a text and email saying it was going to be at that location at 10am. So this morning we woke up, went and got the keys to our new place, and went to the location it said it was going to be at. Once we got there they said that our items we requested were not there and it was at a location about 45 minutes away from everything we were moving from and to. We asked if they could do anything there for us and they said they couldn’t because everything else was reserved. Then we asked if we could get one somewhere near by and the closest thing available was at this location and was only the van. We ended up having to take several trips back and forth taking longer than expected and since it was just me and my boyfriend it made it very difficult. My boyfriend being a veteran of the US Navy and having many problems it made it very hard for him and I to use all of our force to shove everything we possibly can into a van that we were not expecting to have. We expected better from uhaul and we are very disappointed.

There was no one there when dropped the truck and rv off . And to be drop both pieces at the same time was nice . Costumer service that helped me get figured out. WAS A GREAT HELP! Thank you! Yes I would recommend UHaul to any one.

I did the app so not to have to wait for all the fill in stuff - this location made me wait just as long as thought I did not fill out all my info. Also there was a wire missing. *** I returned the trailer a few hours later and only got an email this morning saying I just basically returned it which is no true. I have a photo that I took of the trailer and the time in you need to see it. I always have issues dealing with this location and if it was not that my other location where I was supposed to pick it up had an internet problem I would not use this one.

I reserved 2 dollies and regular one and appliance one. I picked up the truck using the app and the dollies were not in the truck. very disappointed.

We dropped off at night so the location was closed thus we can not comment on most of the questions above. (From the outside it looked clean and tidy and very nice. Nice, easy in and out location.) I rated the location as average as we were only able to see and judge from the outside. One issue we had was that there were absolutely no instructions anywhere for where to park the vehicle, where to drop the keys, do we need to do anything specific for our drop. Thankfully the pick up location had told us to look for the box and to simply drop the key in it or we would have been totally lost on what to do. Please remember that not everyone has rented a U-Haul before so a few nice comments at the drop site would be nice and helpful.

Location does not open until 10 on Saturdays. I did self dispatch at 8. Since this location is located next to a Walmart in a large shopping plaza, the GPS on my phone and uhaul did not match so I could not self dispatch. I had to call which took almost 45 minutes to get straight.

Overall very bad experience. I booked my reservation at a different location. I was called by UHaul a few days before rental to move my reserevation to the Quik Pack & Ship due to the original location did not have the truck. I selected the original location due to open at 8am when I needed the truck. I agreed to the location move after I was assured that I would not have any issues picking up the truck with the self check in. I arrived at Qwik Pack & Shop at 8am but the UHaul self service does not recognize the gps location of the store. I called the 800 customer service number and was told to 'drive around' the location to see if you can get a gps match. When that did not work I was all but told this is my issues and I would have to wait until 10am to pick up my truck. I arrived at the location told my problem and I was told yeah that happens and completely dismissed. I had to start my move 2 hours late, pay movers for an hour of standing around not being able to move and treated by uhaul customer service and the location like this was my fault for wanting to use the self service option offered.

Only one person on duty. Had to wait until there were no customers in store before he could come out to hook up trailer. It was too heavy for him, so I had to help him lift it to the hitch. Not good, I have a bad back. He was not able to hook up lights, so he told me to tow trailer to auto parts store several miles away (with no brake lights or turn signals) to get a harness.

This was a horrible experience. First we couldn't find the location - it's in a run-down strip mall with no exterior sign showing u-haul. Once we got there, we waited in line for 2 other customers, one mailing a package and the other to notarize a document. When it was our turn, the guy said to just give him the key and that was it. He didn't ask our name or want to check the truck. He was completely uninterested in us or the transaction. I would not use them in the future.

Keep up with the online aspect of it - I made a reservation and I got a call saying they rented it to someone else. My first experience was very complicated, but the regional manager made up for it ! I will use U-Haul again !!

Not helpful. I have to ask question 3 times before he answers yes or no.I asked him that this truck is inspected and his answer was, we don't do inspection here. My concerns were not breaking down during Florida travel. He did not give me padlock.

This Uhaul Rep did not process my Uhaul truck return until six days after the truck key was dropped into the "Uhaul drob-box" and then charged me for the additional days as if I actually had the truck.

The dolly it wanted was not at this location and had to use the smaller dolly. Was charged for gas as well as mileage when I returned the truck it was over where it was when I picked it up. I was double charged as I see it bc when I picked the truck up I was charged $73.07 then a second charge was put on my card for $42.67. It was my understanding that I was only going to have one charge on my card at the end of my use of the truck. I feel I have been taken advantage of and will use a different company next time I need to move.

The place where the Trailers is located is on a step angle and very hard for a single person to attach the trailer to a tow vehicle. I hurt my back fighting to attach the rented trailer. Very small area as well.

First, an appliance dolly had been reserved for me, yet they didn't have one at this location, and the only offer that was made to me was to go to another location to pick one up. When my paperwork was signed and payment processed, the clerk asked if I would be okay getting everything hooked up by myself. I had never pulled a trailer before, let alone hooked one up, but he was the only person working (it seemed) and there were other guests in the store, so I drove around back to attempt doing it myself. When I got there and tried to read the instructions (which were posted on the trailer but some parts had been scratched or worn off, so I couldn't understand them), I called the store to tell him I couldn't do it myself and ask if it would just be okay if I came back after hours with my fiance (when he got off work), so he could help me pick it up. He simply said yes, didn't seem concerned, and again didn't offer assistance. It was very inconvenient for me to have to go elsewhere for a dolly and come back again later to pick up because he couldn't or didn't want to help me. My fiance and I have used U-Haul several times with our recent move, and he has raved about the customer service, but this location is one we will not return to.

Due to the last minute recapturing of my LOST reservation, the mgr did not have time to check out the condition of my truck. There had been a rain storm in the area the day before and most all the blankets were wet and scattered on the floor of the bed of the truck. I did not find out the wet condition of the blankets until I reached the moving location. The location mgr Joe, said he credited me the $5 blanket fee.Mark Evans was Very helpful and persistant in trying to find my Lost ONLINE reservation. He then worked diligently to find me a truck which he found close by. I may be due a refund or not but I felt Joe was fair with me since weather caused me to run over 6 hours. I will definitely recommend and use Uhaul again. Thank you.
