The van looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was trash in the door, and cobwebs on the mirror. Plus the back of the van had a ton of dirt in it. The ease of the pickup and location was good.Derek M.
The truck shouldn't have been on the road. The driver side mirror was shattered and unusable. The back of the truck was full of water and I had to clean it out before I could use it. When I put it in reverse, the truck took off, even with my foot on the brake. The only way to stop it was to put it in park. Unfortunately this was on a Sunday and the location was closed so I had to deal with this truck.Jeffrey P.

This location was so far out of my way that I passed three u-haul locations on the drive. It also wasn't open during my time that I requested so I couldn't pick up my mattress covers I paid for.Rachel H.

I requested a 20ft truck and I was booked on a truck share by a uhaul rep without being advised the location did not open until 1 hr later. Location had no hours posted, did not answer Took me 1 hr to get my truck through their App....when I returned, the location indicated i was lucky to even get the truck, uhaul site was down all day. Bottom line, its harder and harder to get good service from uhaul and almost impossible to these days do do anything face to face. Every time i rent from them, there is a new change or procedure that they add more work to the customer. Im sorry, but i do not work for you Uhaul....remember ?... im the customer.Robert R.

The place being open when we are scheduled to pick up would be nice. They were 10-15 minutes late. The uhaul site was down, which took more time, but the gentlemen was very apologetic and clearly felt the frustration of further delaying our pick up. He didn't give us the wire harness to connect the lights until we went in and asked about it. Knowing he had that, if needed (which we did) would have been helpful. Overall, it worked out.Stu M.

The store was fine, the gentleman working wasn't very personable. When I decided to down grade to a smaller truck, the clerk didn't give me any information on changes to my contract. A big difference as to now my rental was only 1 day instead of 2, my mileage was alot less and the biggest was the fact the rental office for return wasn't open, so I was charged for an additional day. So much for being helpful & knowledgeable.Pamela M.

Not easy to find. Poor customer service, filthy truck. We looked for the location for at least 40 minutes tried calling several times and could not get an answer. I was sent to a voice mail that was unable to receive messages. When I called the corporate office they said they had contacted the location online and that I would receive a call shortly to help me find the location, I never received that call. I called the location for a forth time and finally received an answer from an employee with a very Nasty attitude from the moment they answered the call. The truck was absolutely filthy on the inside. I would not recommend this location go anyone.Brent L.
Exterior was fine. Cab interior needed some cleaning, especially in the cup holders... There were some maintenance issues that the truck needed but they couldn't really know with out driving the vehicle nor could they actually fix it themselves because they are not an actual U-Haul location, they are a dealer.Dustin E.

Need to clean windshields. It has never been done on this van. I could still see the suction cup marks from when the factory installed the windshield. I have noticed this on all U-Haul vehicles I have rented in the past. Some get so bad that this could be a safety hazard when the sun hits the right way.Denison L.

We reserved a uhaul about six days before we needed to move and all was well when we reserved it. We requested it being at a local shop in between are move locations. We scheduled it for 10am-3pm enough time for my boyfriend and I to get it go to my house, our storage unit, and his house in one round trip and then to our new house. Two days before I received a text and email saying it was going to be at that location at 10am. So this morning we woke up, went and got the keys to our new place, and went to the location it said it was going to be at. Once we got there they said that our items we requested were not there and it was at a location about 45 minutes away from everything we were moving from and to. We asked if they could do anything there for us and they said they couldn't because everything else was reserved. Then we asked if we could get one somewhere near by and the closest thing available was at this location and was only the van. We ended up having to take several trips back and forth taking longer than expected and since it was just me and my boyfriend it made it very difficult. My boyfriend being a veteran of the US Navy and having many problems it made it very hard for him and I to use all of our force to shove everything we possibly can into a van that we were not expecting to have. We expected better from uhaul and we are very disappointed.Megan L.

I did the app so not to have to wait for all the fill in stuff - this location made me wait just as long as thought I did not fill out all my info. Also there was a wire missing. *** I returned the trailer a few hours later and only got an email this morning saying I just basically returned it which is no true. I have a photo that I took of the trailer and the time in you need to see it. I always have issues dealing with this location and if it was not that my other location where I was supposed to pick it up had an internet problem I would not use this one.LANI O.

We dropped off at night so the location was closed thus we can not comment on most of the questions above. (From the outside it looked clean and tidy and very nice. Nice, easy in and out location.) I rated the location as average as we were only able to see and judge from the outside. One issue we had was that there were absolutely no instructions anywhere for where to park the vehicle, where to drop the keys, do we need to do anything specific for our drop. Thankfully the pick up location had told us to look for the box and to simply drop the key in it or we would have been totally lost on what to do. Please remember that not everyone has rented a U-Haul before so a few nice comments at the drop site would be nice and helpful.Tammy R.

Location does not open until 10 on Saturdays. I did self dispatch at 8. Since this location is located next to a Walmart in a large shopping plaza, the GPS on my phone and uhaul did not match so I could not self dispatch. I had to call which took almost 45 minutes to get straight.Dean S.

Overall very bad experience. I booked my reservation at a different location. I was called by UHaul a few days before rental to move my reserevation to the Quik Pack & Ship due to the original location did not have the truck. I selected the original location due to open at 8am when I needed the truck. I agreed to the location move after I was assured that I would not have any issues picking up the truck with the self check in. I arrived at Qwik Pack & Shop at 8am but the UHaul self service does not recognize the gps location of the store. I called the 800 customer service number and was told to 'drive around' the location to see if you can get a gps match. When that did not work I was all but told this is my issues and I would have to wait until 10am to pick up my truck. I arrived at the location told my problem and I was told yeah that happens and completely dismissed. I had to start my move 2 hours late, pay movers for an hour of standing around not being able to move and treated by uhaul customer service and the location like this was my fault for wanting to use the self service option offered.Paul C.
