Store was supposed to open at 9am. At least 10 people out front waiting. Most left and went to another uhaul company. No one showed up until 10 am. No apologies, completely unprofessional the person working the desk.Kathleen L.
I used the app for check in and check out. There was a problem with the bill and no one contacted me like the app said they would to discuss it. They just charged me. Makes for a poor experience and I will not use the app again and may not use U-Haul again if not addressedKerry V.
The inside of the building has a terrible odor and looks like a hoarder lives there. There is a ring doorbell on the door that did not work. The door was closed with no â€œwill returnâ€ sign when I was there to pick up my reserved uhaul. Because the customer service person called the location to find out where he was and get me some help, the person behind the desk was rude. The mobile pickup and drop off process is not at all user friendly and takes much longer than it should. I didn't realize I needed to factor in an additional 45 min to just pick up the truck.Jackie M.

The process took forever and was very confusing as to where I was supposed to pick up the van. Of course the store was locked so there was no one to ask and when I called, no one answered the phone. It took over 45 minutes just to get the van. Ridiculous!!Clarissa B.

Would recommend improving the instructions by adding the following - "Customer must complete the online return process before depositing the keys" (since the process requires a lot of pictures to be taken). I followed the limited instructions, deposited the keys first and then when I tried to return online I was stuck. Hence the suggestion!!Ram R.

When I rented the truck, the person who took the reservation for me was tapping the little pad and asked if I wanted coverage. I declined and he kept tapping and tapping. I was charged $10 for that coverage anyways. When I asked about it he said oh I'll talk to the manager and call you about a refund and never did. Also, when I used the truck (7/8 miles TOTAL) it took $12 in gas!! Who over had it on â€œfullâ€ was not actually on â€œfullâ€. The truck was parked on a whole different side of the building than the manager or whoever took my order said it was and I spent over half an hour in the July heat trying to figure out where my truck was. When I went to him to ask he just told me that it was where he said it was. I had to go look through the other lot behind the building to find it on my own. Absolutely the worst uhaul experience I have EVER had!! I will not be back here!holly D.

Truck had the check engine light on and the alignment was way off. The wheel was almost 90 degrees off. I paid for 3 mattress covers online and was told I could not pick them up from this location. I had to buy 3 more at an additional cost.Daniel M.

There was no one there at the drop off location. It was a parking lot in a shopping center so I never saw the actual store. It was after hours when I dropped it off. The location was convenient though.Don H.

The truck was clean and newer, which I appreciated. My only request for future rentals would be to ensure it is available to me at the scheduled time - I had to wait about 30 minutes for the truck to be available, due to a later drop off by the previous customer. The business allowed me to keep it an extra 30 minutes due to that, which I appreciated. I plan to use this location again, when I have a need for a rental. Thank you - TMTolga M.

The truck either had lights out, or electrical problems as the left headlight did not work, the front right blinker did not work, the lights above the cab did not work, nor at the top of the back of the truck; back up lights did not work. The worker said, "It's a one-way! Take it or leave it!" He did not live up to the standards of U-Haul I have appreciated in previous uses.James H.
I ordered furniture pads well in advance but the representative who â€˜helped' us with our pick up said they just didn't have them so that was it and he did nothing to assist us. I was relying on those furniture pads to secure my larger pieces of furniture, without them the drawers in my end tables fell out and were damaged and one of my cabinets completely fell apart during the move. Along with his extremely poor lack of judgement in not setting aside previously ordered resources for me, he has complete disrespect for me and my boyfriend. While on the phone with me, he was talking to other people and I had to repeat myself many times. He'd ask me a question and then I'd hear him speak to someone else I related to what we were discussing, then he'd come back to me and say what â€˜can I help you with' and we started all over from the beginning. He also charged me for gas, when we put over the amount of gallons we used back into the tank and showed him the pictures with time stamps of the gas tank totals at start and finish. We will not be using uhaul ever again and he requesting a refund on our gas money.Sara M.

Stand behind your guarantee. My reservation was for 6:30am, confirmed. At pickup time nobody was there, and no truck was available. I called Uhaul and was told to come back at 9am ! I had hourly movers at my house with no truck available until 9am ! $50 refund is not compensation for waking up at 5am for a move that can't happen, and paying for movers who can't do the move. I would like a complete and full refund of my truck rental.Renee C.

Representative refused to check back in the vehicle and said I had to do it online or wait 45 minutes. He was sitting in the facility with his friends with no other customers to assist. He then became agitated that I was having difficulty checking the vehicle in online. I left as I couldn't wait 45 minutes. Upon my return I checked in the vehicle online and when I returned the keys to the representative he was still agitated and became increasingly agitated to the point of yelling at me â€œI will fucking kill youâ€ in front of his young daughter. This representative then contacted me on my personal cell phone number in an inappropriate manner.matthew S.

The owner is so rude. The instructions to drop are not clear. He asked to put the key in the back of the staircase orange box but it wasnt opening at al. So, I put it in the box right next to it. He called me in the mornign without checking even after I clearly mentioned why i couldnt put it in the orange box and told where I put the keys, he still made a mess that I lost the keys and didnt put it and all. I had to drop by the store again at 8am to give the key myself. That didn't end there! He abused and used unprofessional lang and threatened that I was banned from the store and literally asked me out. I hope you do something if there are any recordings in the store.Raghava K.

Honor the online order. I placed the order online for the rental and supplies. The location was changed the day before pickup. The new location would not supply two furniture dollies, so I had to go and purchase one from Home Depot. I had prepaid for boxes.
