The U-Haul representative that I spoke with acted like he didn’t wanna be there. Send a location that’s cross red between a garage and a box service. He himself complaining that trailers were unorganized. His customer service skills were not present whatsoever.

ANTOWON TWas it clean and inviting? It was very busy. I have never seen a U-Haul with so much equipment on the lot. Trucks/trailers of all sizes. That being said, it was very organized and the employee was very helpful and friendly considering how busy he was. He got me in and out quite quickly. I would very much recommend him.
Mark MJames is by far the best his customer service, is top shelf. His concern for his customers and the truck are absolutely the best. This is the greatest experience I've ever had with U haul, and I would recommend this location to anyone who's preparing to move one way or around town. KENNETH PDidn't get the young man's name that was on site Saturday 08/01/26 but I will say he has excellent customer service. I would want to conduct business with him again.
