Make sure all the tires have the right amount of air pressure in them. All tires on my rental were at 90 and better and one was at 26. It took a while to fill the tire.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a U-Haul facility. The individual who runs this store was rude when talking over the phone and in person. Was supposed to pick up the equipment at 0800, yet when I call him he said “the store doesn’t open until 0830 if I went to go read the door”. That was an uncalled attitude, not my fault you haven’t coordinated your actual store hours with U-Haul. Also when I called it was already ten past 0830 and still no sign of the individual. I know every U-Haul place around this area isn’t the best, but please don’t request any sort of equipment before 0900 with this store.
Taylor HDisappointed in uhaul. I place the order in person at the location off of 70/Glenwood. Not even a hour later received a text, I was reschedule to another location. Great customer service would have brought the trailer to the place where I order it from. The location I order from is around the corner where I live. Now I have to drive 15mins away to a shady location. The place open late and only had 1 guy running the place. 3 people were waiting. 1 person just left. The guy was nice. I order the uhaul for 7. The text message told me 8. I didn't get it until 9. The whole experience was just disappointing. Again great customer service, would have brought he uhaul to where I order it from. ty
