Location was confirmed during pick-up. But, when I arrived they told me they would "not accept" the drop-off. So, now I'm having to figure out where else I can drop-off the equipment, on a holiday with most locations closed, and I was in a city I was not familiar with. In addition to additional time spent, and it was very late with a 3-hour drive home waiting, I also had to spend more on gas and put additional miles on the truck to drive to second location. This is not acceptable. I would hope an appropriate refund will be processed back to my original form of payment. Thank you.
Geoffrey BI dropped off my rental and went to go inside. The entrance was very confusing. We went into this what seemed a hallway and there wasn’t anyone there. It was dark and very unsettling. I even had my husband with me. I didn’t see anyone even though it said open. I just left and put my keys in the drop box, told another man who worked in a garage goodbye. I got a text later to return my truck. I called and I told him I left my truck he said “there is an attendant there and we typically will return your truck” I advised I didn’t see anyone. He asked where are the keys, I told him in the lockbox. This location needs better entrance signage than an open sign in the window, especially once inside.
RICHARD WThis has become one of my favorite locations locally. Their operating hours are quite long and extensive. So I don’t have to worry too much about dropping off when no one is around.

KASHIF II wanted to change the reservation to a smaller size trail when I arrived at the location. The owner said no problem and took care of everything. Awesome no sweat service.
MARK GMaybe 2 employees at all times. They have UHAUL Rental.,and Shipping Department For UPS And FED EX Making wait times a little longer than it should be especially when the UHAUL App has no line wait option and you still Have customers in front of you for the Shipping Department

JOEL BThe inside of the truck was wet from snow. The “wiped it up” before we left and it was still water in and it was damp. I asked if they could dry it more with towels instead the just swept the water around. I also needed a receipt with my name the person who booked the confirmation on it it instead printed the drivers name on it because he added his license. I asked them while at the location to change it or give me some type of documentation and they told me I would have to email to get different documentation. But when I emailed for different documentation, I was still told I could not get my name on the receipt, even though I paid for it and not the driver who is a separate business. This presented a huge challenge for me for reimbursement from my job. And I was misled at the location or I would’ve added my license or done something different. If they hadn’t told me that emailing was solve the problem.

Kane PThe staff tried to close early on both times I came to visit. My first rental, the store actually opened late. The staff could be friendlier and more thorough. The day where it snowed, the employee said the truck should be out there but didn’t even check. It wasn’t. So I went back inside and it was locked early like I mentioned. I had to call and thankfully he answered and got me another truck.

ROBERT BI was charged for a higher lvl of insurance than I reserved. I was also no told there was a $60 rental charge in addition to the rental rate plus mileage. I have used Uhaul for 25 years with out this kind of nonsense.
PAUL PTruck smelled like citrates and had a Burger King bag in it. Gross.

James BWhen it came time to check in the unit at the end of the trip, we discovered that the wrong trailer information had been entered into the system by the originating office. This store was not well organized at all. However, the trailer was in excellent condition and I had no issues towing it the >3300 miles to destination.

ROHIT NThe one and only attendant was short and even rude. He was dealing with three people and maybe was having a bad day. No customer service skills at all. A customer before me was upset and then the guy talked about her to another customer.
Vernal HI think Armor All was used to clean the interior. Although good intentions, the steering wheel and floor were slippery which could lead to unsafe driving conditions. I applaud the cleanliness of the vehicle and ease to rent the vehicle. Will definitely return to this location again for cargo needs. Staff were well informed, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing bad to say.
DAVID ITruck was fine but did not have the packing blankets reserved. Had to go to another location and rent them there. Frustrating.

PAUL VGentleman at the store, white guy with salt and pepper beard was so friendly and helpful. Very concerned about our rental and went beyond to explain the agreement. At drop off he handled everything with ease and as always very nice. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but was truly awesome!
