The worker was not friendly or engaging. I had to walk to the back of the building to retrieve the truck. I was Not told that I had to take pictures and check out the truck on my phone nor was i told to take pics and check in the truck on my phone. When I've used U Haul in the past, the truck was brought to the front door, the worker and I would walk around the truck and they would take pictures and make note of the mileage. Who thought it was a good idea to make the customer do the employees job and Not inform the customer of such task? I was very displeased with my experience with U Haul. Please rethink your procedure when a customer wants to rent a truck or pay for a service from your company. Thank You
