The truck had a flat tire when I picked it up. I got it aired up, but it continued to lose pressure while I was using it. The app also wouldn’t update to allow me to pick up the truck. It took me 30 minutes to get it to work and was unable to get in touch with any type of support via phone or online chat in that time.

Genaro SThe worker was not friendly or engaging. I had to walk to the back of the building to retrieve the truck. I was Not told that I had to take pictures and check out the truck on my phone nor was i told to take pics and check in the truck on my phone. When I've used U Haul in the past, the truck was brought to the front door, the worker and I would walk around the truck and they would take pictures and make note of the mileage. Who thought it was a good idea to make the customer do the employees job and Not inform the customer of such task? I was very displeased with my experience with U Haul. Please rethink your procedure when a customer wants to rent a truck or pay for a service from your company. Thank You
