Could not get ahold of them via telephone AT ALL. At least 10 attempts during business hours. Phone would just keep ringing (no answering machine obviously) or was busy for great lengths of time. Could not get them to report to UHaul that our trailer had been returned; even after driving to the location to directly talk with staff members. They assured us this would be taken care of for us. Finally had to contact UHaul’s 800 number directly to report our problems with this location and they were able to enter the return date for us.

Website is very slow to respond
Keith OThe drop off was chaotic. It was Easter Sunday so I understand that no one was there. Most of the parking lot was full of broken down or cars for sale. I had to park the trailer curbside on the street partially blocking the business drive way. There was no designated parking for UHaul equipment. They were sort of scattered all over and mixed in with other vehicles. Someone prior to me had the same issue - they parked their box truck and dolly trailer on the street as well.
Cherie DDrop off was after business hours so nobody on-site. Crowded parking for drop off of unit rented.

Dave LMexicans that could barely speak English and didn’t follow through with finishing that rental, again we called on the field manager in Mora/Braham, Minnesota to finish our return of rental truck. I worked for U-Haul 11 yrs ago, U-Haul I was shocked at the downfall of your massively used and needed business, I will not send anyone your way again, wow, clean it up!😭
susan wI was misquoted on mileage. I specifically asked how much on mileage and was told 60 cents per mile after 30 miles and charged 1.29 per mile. I suggest that he be clearer on what the charges will be.

Scotty Lprovide education regarding the safe insurance of $25.00. my husband declined it but individual renting trailer out said he couldn't get it off the invoice. I spent over 90 minutes (most of them on hold waiting for a customer service rep) of time requesting a refund of this $25.00. We did receive the refund but this was a negative of the experience.

bruce nMy text stated a pick up location in Sioux Falls. However when I got there they didn't have the rental and said I had to go to Hartford. We get there and nobody is onsite. The rental truck was only half full. When I returned the truck, I returned it with a half full tank and was charged an extra fee for not being full. I feel like I got jipped.

Aaron CPhone number was always busy. Business closed before their posted time. Ended up calling number on their sign and was told they “don’t deal with uhaul, but leave the truck” and they’d let someone know it was there.
Gina FTrailer did not have working tail lights on right side, did not have working brake lights on left side or bottom right side. Turn signals also were not working. There were no other trailers available in the requested size at this or any nearby location. This made for a very unsafe trip from Iowa to North Carolina, particularly during night time hours.
Lori BI was redirected to three different places. Hartford was rather inconvenient. I lived in Lennox. The service rep named Rhonda out of Fargo was rude. I was told one place by the original place I was supposed to pick up in Sioux Falls and she tried to argue with me. The person named Ryan who I dealt with was alright.
Alex MWe were charged more then the price that was arranged by the Uhaul person who made the reservation for me. No one was at the location when we picked up the truck. The person we talked to on the phone from the pick up location was polite!
