provide education regarding the safe insurance of $25.00. my husband declined it but individual renting trailer out said he couldn't get it off the invoice. I spent over 90 minutes (most of them on hold waiting for a customer service rep) of time requesting a refund of this $25.00. We did receive the refund but this was a negative of the experience.
