Randal CI had an exceptional experience and felt it deserved recognition. From the moment I walked in, the owners (Rob and Staci) were welcoming and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed for my move and made thoughtful recommendations that ended up saving me both time and money. The check out process was smooth and efficient, with everything clearly explained. The truck was in excellent condition: clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when promised. What really stood out, though, was their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. They double-checked everything, noted any damage, ensured I was comfortable operating the truck, and even offered helpful tips. The return portion of the rental was just as painless. The process was quick, the staff was just as friendly and professional as when I first arrived. It’s clear this location takes pride in delivering a high-quality experience. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend this U-Haul dealership location to anyone looking for reliable service and a stress-free moving experience. Awesome!
ROBERT EIt's the only one in Sheridan so I can only tell people of this one. I had about 50$ in the tank over what we got it at and no refund was given. We returned the truck a day early and no refund was given or money back. Honestly I'll just recommend a different company altogether at this point. I was not happy at the end of this rental.
KRISTINE HYou need to refund the customer their money back on the number of days they did. not need the truck. We were unsure on how many days we needed the truck so we were advised to rent it for 2 additional days which as it turned out we did not need. You should refund that money for the two days.

We had to drive an hour and a half because the location we reserved did not have the truck we reserved. This was very inconvenient during a busy move.

BARRY MJust need a bigger lot or for U-Haul to send someone to rotate trucks out. There were at least four 26 ft trucks and multiple smaller ones.
JASON MThe U-Haul reps I had interacted with on both legs of my journey were very accommodating and friendly! The equipment was a little beat up but seemed to perform adequately enough to supply the confidence I needed for securing my belongings. But there were some issues I encounted while enroute that I may suggest for the equipments future use. I could feel a constant vibration coming from the trailer through the hitch and into my steering wheel and believe that a rotating and rebalancing of the tires would resolve this. In addition, it wasn’t until following my pick up of the equipment that after I loaded my vehicle upon the tow trailer that the drivers side tie down ratchet strapped had a slightly ripped and very frayed ending. It made it very difficult navigate the strap through the ratchet mechanism and should probably just be replaced. Fortunately my loaded belonging had a small wheel base, so the length of needed strap endings wasn’t a factor in my case. It may be not ideal for others with larger oversized rims though. I would not recommend this particular piece of equipment to others but would always recommend U-Haul over other moving carriers hands-down. Always a smooth and easy administrative process, while also always successfully getting my belongings from point A to point B. Be well
