Vehicle notes: Windshield was VERY dirty and bug smeared at pickup. (returned in the same condition) Driver seat would not adjust/slide forward or backward despite multiple attempts Midway through the rental I parked the van on the street in a level place. Upon returning to the vehicle and attempting to leave, the van rolled backwards when placed into Drive. I immediately braked and put the van into park and tried again. It continued to roll backward (and accelerated in reverse with gas) during a second attempt. After putting it back in park I turned off the vehicle and let it sit for a few moments. Upon restart it went forward as needed when put into drive.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGood customer service. Nice guy.
Robert HDrop-off was a breeze. The operators of this location were very friendly and made turning in the trailer very easy.
James MRob and his wife were very kind and flexible when my pickup time charged a couple of different days/times. Rob helped me load my car on the dolly and instructed me on how to unload it when I got to my destination. Many Thanks!
