Joshua was extremely accommodating and kind and allowed me to leave the truck on his premise, even though he was not notified by U-Haul that I was coming with a 15 ft truck that he had no room for. (A non inviting parking space, since there was no room and we had to leave the truck partly on road and partly on grass) He made a call to the company and took care of that uncomfortable situation. Also, why was our drop off location changed to 5 miles further away from our original reservation drop off location? That part was poorly communicated/explained. It seemed unnecessary l, as I saw, what appeared to be, other locations I passed.
Wayne CLocation was in a weird spot and it was a little inconvenient. Everyone who helped me was nice though.
Marisa MWhen I arrived the guy was going through the paperwork and noticed that I requested a dolly and 2-wheeler but none was available. He told me that he has mentioned this to uhaul several times about not offering those options to customers because he doesn't have that equipment but uhaul doesn't listen.

deirdre fYour website was terrible. Quirky, painfully slow and cost me a LOT of time. Live chat saved the day on both pick up and drop off. Please, PLEASE fix your website for pick up and drop off.

Steven BRented moving pads. Arrived at location to find out there were no pads. Location representative stated on several occasions they notified uhual they do not have pads. Why does uhaul allow rental of equipment that the representative has stated several times they do not have?

Joan TI was able to book a no-contact appointment for a ten foot truck days in advance. I showed up right on time for my booking, go through the approval process, only to find out that this location is only equipped for face to face handoffs. I spent thirty minutes on the phone and on a live chat trying to figure out how to come to a solution. Very disappointed.

Denise ZJosh was very profound courteous. He knows what he’s doing and he was a great help to me; he went above and beyond to identify a problem with my Quick Connect Module for the trailer. He helped me locate a replaced and he replaced it at no charge for all the extra time he gave me. Very nice guy! And I made my 1400 mile trip with trailer in tow smoothly and safely. Thank you so much Josh!

melissa lYour online chat and wait time for approval process was horrible! I waited 45 minutes from time of arrival to keys in truck. That situation through off our schedule and plan to meet volunteers to help move.
