Pre - ordered furniture pads but unfortunately they were not in the truck at pick -up. The pick - up location ( Rt. 8 Auto Service ) was closed on Saturday and I was unable to reach any UHaul representative at the phone number given to me at the time of my reservation.George S.
We reserved a 4'x8' uhaul but was assigned a bigger uhaul days before the trip. Luckily, a 4'x 8' uhaul became available unexpectedly at the last minute. To improve uhaul, I would suggest guaranteeing the uhaul reserved and the location requested.DAVID V.

I'm not sure why you sent me so far out of my way to get the uhaul truck when I saw other uhaul rental places along the way. Maybe you should have source and destination as part of the moving/rental process.JOSHUA P.

I talk to the location twice before coming in that evening to pick up my truck through mobile pick up. When I arrived after hours, it said I was unable to pick up my truck. I called into U-Haul and they told me there was nothing they could do since the location had not set this particular truck up for mobile check out. She gave us a reservation credit and assigned us a smaller truck. Coincidentally, a worker happen to show up at 8 o'clock at night and he was happy to help get us the truck we originally rented. The truck was old but it was a queen and we were only going 20 miles. However, once we turned it back in we did not see the credit that was given to us for all of the hassle and waste of time.Christopher L.

Employees were curtious n helpful, nothing wrong with the location itself however it was very inconvenient for me to drive 40 miles to pick up n drop off unit when there is a U-haul location 12 miles from my home. I will explore alternative options in the future for this reasonDALE F.

Uhaul has always been my go to truck and trailer rental but something needs to be done about off hours returns. I returned my truck on a Saturday hours early and then spent the next hour trying to do the electronic return. No mater what I did or what settings I changed the uhaul website would not recognize my gps location. And because of that I couldn't go any further with the return process. I tried calling the Uhaul help desk but after waiting 20 minutes I gave up on that. I'm a retired engineer and I know my way around an Iphone so don't even suggest there was a setting I didn't change. These things will happen but I should have been able to complete the rest of the return process by bypassing the location verification and letting the rental location verify they have the truck when they come in on Monday.BRYAN B.

U haul's system has over charged me. I am waiting on a resolution call. So far im happy with the location and equipment just waiting for a refund of the overcharge. Hopefully a big company like u haul will correct their error.Ken R.

This location was extremely helpful and excellent. The fact that I had to drive past 3 UHAUL facilities to get this carrier was awful. The fact that this facility had what I needed and was helpful made the drive a little more palatable.Robb C.

My pickup was supposed to be in-person at the Cranberry twp location. U-haul contacted me at the last minute and changed my pickup location to an unmanned location. This "stunt" cost me valuable time and added unwelcome stress. Funny, the review is about the location and not U-Haul Corporate. I will not be back.Rolf R.

I would not necessarily say your trucks are clean, I rented several from u-haul over the years, I don't think I ever had one that was clean. The steering wheel and all the surfaces I'm touching, and especially in these times, is my main concern. Even if it looks okay I always washed these areas. When I did it was plenty dirty. I understand this with these busy facilities and I don't have issue with the pick up location and would use them again and would recommend. Very nice people.Philip T.
