The store manager misreported the out-mileage by 100 miles. As we drove away we recognized the error. We took a photo and immediately called the store owner to make him aware. His immediate reaction was defensive and combative in nature. Furthermore, upon drop off, when we asked questions about the receipt, he abruptly referred us to UHAUL and said that he can’t help us. Even if this is the case, his professionalism was a complete disgrace to the UHAUL brand.
