It's just a drop off BOX, so without going inside or talking to anyone, I didn't answer two questions above. [I tried to not answer and didn't allow me, so I went with 'No'] But the location was perfect to me and a few hours after returning the truck I got a confirmation of the returning. As I moved to a different city, just the opportunity to not drive back is a plus! Very convenient.
