I arrived within 10 minutes of the schedule time and before proceeding, the clerk was not very kind. I said I am here to pick up the rental truck. His response was "You are LATE", After he saw my disconfort he said, he was "just kidding" Well, it didnt sound like that. He was completing the transaction on a celular phone asking questions I have already resaponse in my reservation. If there was another (after me) trying to buy something, he just set me aside and help that customer. He did it 2-3 times. In felt I was not worth as a customer. Very unpleasant experience. I thought of cancelling the truck right on the spot due to his attitute but I have to do my move. I regret of having changed the location. I have had great experiences at the burlington main address. Never again will I get a truck there or refer the location to a friend. Aside of that, the truck was ok. When I return 15 minutes later my move, again: You are LATE. I just wanted to end the transaction and leave. I was so angry with this guy.

Kyle YIt would have been helpful to know before hand that the site would be closed and I would have to do an on line check in. My pick-up location was changed the day before my rental... this should have been communicated at that time. Also I was told I would not be charged for extra milage due to change in pick-up location... but that was not noted anywhere in my rental agreement. Thankfully the guy checking me in was very understanding and corrected the over-charge.
Charles DIt's just a drop off BOX, so without going inside or talking to anyone, I didn't answer two questions above. [I tried to not answer and didn't allow me, so I went with 'No'] But the location was perfect to me and a few hours after returning the truck I got a confirmation of the returning. As I moved to a different city, just the opportunity to not drive back is a plus! Very convenient.
