No help , no customer service. Was not the location I reserve , items were not neat in the truck and when I dropped off I was charge a cleaning fee, for not folding blankets ! How about you rebate me for the extra fuel

Was told verbally on the phone if I brought the truck early that a discount would be applied. When I called U-Haul to ask about this, they said the person at the drop off was mistaken. I was not told on either end about a cleaning fee. Its a moving truck- of course it is going to be dirty with people walking in and out of it. The blankets were not folded??? Is this an expectation? This fee is totally unnecessary and I feel like I was definitely overcharged. Very disappointing! It makes me question whether I would U-Haul again.

robert hI arrived within 10 minutes of the schedule time and before proceeding, the clerk was not very kind. I said I am here to pick up the rental truck. His response was "You are LATE", After he saw my disconfort he said, he was "just kidding" Well, it didnt sound like that. He was completing the transaction on a celular phone asking questions I have already resaponse in my reservation. If there was another (after me) trying to buy something, he just set me aside and help that customer. He did it 2-3 times. In felt I was not worth as a customer. Very unpleasant experience. I thought of cancelling the truck right on the spot due to his attitute but I have to do my move. I regret of having changed the location. I have had great experiences at the burlington main address. Never again will I get a truck there or refer the location to a friend. Aside of that, the truck was ok. When I return 15 minutes later my move, again: You are LATE. I just wanted to end the transaction and leave. I was so angry with this guy.
