Great customer service. My only complaint was that the vehicle doors were very hard to close and the van continually pulled to the left.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo help , no customer service. Was not the location I reserve , items were not neat in the truck and when I dropped off I was charge a cleaning fee, for not folding blankets ! How about you rebate me for the extra fuel
Eric GWas told verbally on the phone if I brought the truck early that a discount would be applied. When I called U-Haul to ask about this, they said the person at the drop off was mistaken. I was not told on either end about a cleaning fee. Its a moving truck- of course it is going to be dirty with people walking in and out of it. The blankets were not folded??? Is this an expectation? This fee is totally unnecessary and I feel like I was definitely overcharged. Very disappointing! It makes me question whether I would U-Haul again.
