I definitely will not use this location again. We had a scheduled pickup of 9:00 a.m. unfortunately we were a little late. Upon arrival, no one was there to give us the keys. We tried for over 2 hrs to reach him via phone and text to no avail, called U-Haul directly and got no where. We decided to go back to see if he was there and, he showed up during his lunch from his full time. There was and, still is a discrepancy on the bill. We only drove the truck approximately 21 miles but, are charging us for 123. Allegedly they were having a problem with the computers etc. but we’ve yet to receive a credit for the correct mileage.

Leave more than a near empty tank. I left about a quarter when I returned, but they charged me 8 dollars for gas even though I left more than I was left. The woman told me to bring it back with the same level of gas. I would like that 8 dollars back. The thing needed new rotators, as they were making noise.
