When we got there we couldn’t check in via the app bc who ever had used the u haul the day before the key was still in the return box so we had to call and get instructions on how to open the return box. We were also not able to continue following the prompts on the app for pickup due to the complications. When we returned it it also logged that we had driven more miles than we did.
