GARY TThe guy who helped me drop of the truck was friendly and awesome. This was my 1st U-Haul drop off, so I was completely lost. Easy drop off process in the end. Dropped off the truck in the dark, so didn’t see very well.

DAVID SI dropped the truck off on Monday, even though it wasn’t due until Wednesday. The gentleman at the location was very pleasant and said he would check it in for me and I would get an email receipt. I had to call the next day because I still had not received the email. He said he would check on it. Finally, on Wednesday, I had to call U Haul and have them send someone to the lot to check it back in. Very poor response from the drop off location.
BILLY AThe trailer had spray paint on one side also I had to sweep it out.
Randy MThis facility might benefit from a little more signage letting people know that it's a UHaul location. It's very hard to know that when driving past at 40 mph. We marked NO on "Were the personnel helpful?" We dropped off the vehicle before business hours and, therefore, never spoke to any personnel. I wish there was a N/A option to that question.

Vicki VYou should not even have this as a Uhaul location. Only a tiny sign in the window identifies it as a Uhaul location. It is a used car lot with no where to drop any Uhaul equipment. Lot is extremly tiny and packed with cars and half of that is torn up and under construction. Both phone rep and pick up location rep refused to change drop off location and forced me to return a trailer to a lot that had no where to put it.
Aaron GIt was very confusing trying to figure out where to park the U-Haul truck. A sign would’ve been magnificent.

Jetta RNo one was available to help when we first arrived. Moreover, there was no drop box for the key when we returned the truck. Nice people but the place is a mess right now!
Paul TI was charged additional fees upon return over the weekend when I used the night drop. When I tried to call the next day, no one answered the phone the first few hours. Once i did reach someone, they were unable to tell me what the fees were for and I never received a follow up call as promised.
Durgal PNo fault of the neighborhood deal, they are great. But that AT trailer was a POS and cost me 2 hours of road time exchanging it. Extremely frustrating that it takes that long to exchange at a different location.
DANIEL HI pulled up to drop it off. A woman in plain clothes come over and opened the back of the truck without saying sword to me. . I asked her if she worked there and she said “ I wouldn’t open the back if I didn’t work here”. She then proceeded to tell me the cup holder had water in it. There was slight condensation from a canned drink I was drinking. She said she would clean it but if I dropped it off anywhere else they would have not told me and just charged me. She told me she didn’t get paid to clean. I told her I would clean it but then she got defensive and said she would clean it. She was honestly the rudest employee at a business I have encountered in a longtime. Other than her, experience was good.
