I dropped the truck off on Monday, even though it wasn’t due until Wednesday. The gentleman at the location was very pleasant and said he would check it in for me and I would get an email receipt. I had to call the next day because I still had not received the email. He said he would check on it. Finally, on Wednesday, I had to call U Haul and have them send someone to the lot to check it back in. Very poor response from the drop off location.
BILLY AThe trailer had spray paint on one side also I had to sweep it out.
Randy MThis facility might benefit from a little more signage letting people know that it's a UHaul location. It's very hard to know that when driving past at 40 mph. We marked NO on "Were the personnel helpful?" We dropped off the vehicle before business hours and, therefore, never spoke to any personnel. I wish there was a N/A option to that question.
