Besides from being given a U-Haul that had electrical problems and being charged because I did not stop for gas for the smallest about because I was told to leave the U-Haul running by a U-Haul worker so my battery wouldn't die so i felt safer if I just drove straight to the U-Haul drop off. I also called the 24-hour line for assistance the night before and no one came and helped me. Spent a good hour trying to return my U-Haul the next morning because the kid ha no idea what he was doing. Not impressed with U-Haul at all and will not be using them again anytime soon.Hannah G.

I tried to do the 24/7 check-in, and it took over an hour. Several of the blankets had some hay/grass in them. Passengers side floor mat had dirt on all over it.Scott M.

I think u-haul is a huge rip off! I got charged triple because I wouldn't drive it back to original location. I moved 100 miles away. In state. Why should I have been charged $380???? I would never use u-haul again unless it was a matter of life! Had it 24 hours!ELIZABETH M.

Supposed to be 24 hour drop off but the gate was closed. Had to leave the U-Haul outside gate which made us nervous that it would get towed or damaged as it is on a main rd. No one there to ask because at 9pm they were already closed. No direction on where to leave vehicle. Whole thing was not clear.Erica M.

This has nothing to do with pickup.The day before my scheduled pickup i was informed that there were no 5-8 trailors-i had to go with 6x8 which i had to drive 75 miles round trip. it also cost me more in gas to make the 1900 mile trip. Why make reservations when the customer does not know until the day before and in this case nothing. Very, very poor procedures. The man at the scheduling place was super and help me find a trailer but i will have to think twice before i go with uhaul again.Richard B.
The "bumpers" on one of the inside walls were falling off. My first and last name were spelled wrong in the computer, and the tow truck info was wrong, but the clerk had no idea how to correct it. This caused me a fair amount of aggravation!. The language on the contract was confusing. "Safe Tow Declined for Equipment" might have said Safe Tow Insurance was declined.Debbi F.
Uhaul had a significant amount of body damage and the alignment was definitely off. However the truck inside the cabin and rear was very clean. Radio Grove Hardware is a great local spot to get a truck, everyone is friendly and helpful and the 24hr drop off is a great bonus.Marissa B.

I would have liked to pick up and drop off the equipment at a location that was more convenient to me. There are at least two U-Haul locations in Manchester, NH. It seemed odd to have to drive 15 miles out of Manchester to pick up and drop off a trailer.Stephanie M.
