The location and employees themselves are great. The problem we had was that the pick up and drop off photo requirements are impossible at this location due to the lack of service. This is the second time that we have rented a uhaul from this location, and the lack of service caused the photo process to take 15+ minutes each time. I highly recommend making some kind of wifi available at this location, even if the password is only provided to uhaul renters, to help with this process.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkQuick EZ check in/out...staff are really friendly and helpfull.
Kevin MThe app did not work right and the key dropoff instructions were not at all clear.
Kenneth LEasy to pick up, instructions were quite clear.
Timothy JI dropped the UHaul off before the business opened, but it was very welcoming/inviting, clean, and despite not requiring hardware, I want to go here just to see what's inside! I will definitely come here for hardware purposes in the future.
