The location wasn’t even open, it was 9AM. There was nobody around. I took pictures and dropped the keys in a lockbox.

This was not my original location - I was contacted by uhaul regarding a change in pick up- only when i arrived was i told that the equipment that i had ordered to rent was not available. This was a hand truck/ Dolly which was an important part of my moving equipment. Without notice I had to scramble to purchase on at a store! All I was told was these things are not guaranteed!
